Use your own Home Assistant with AI clients

Home MCP gives ChatGPT, Codex and other compatible AI clients access to the Home Assistant instance connected in the Hombee app. You do not need a Hombee home or a smart-home installation from Hombee.

Start in three steps

1. Install the Hombee app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Add your Home Assistant address in the app, then select Sign in with Home Assistant.
3. Add this Streamable HTTP server to your AI client:

https://hombee.app/mcp

The client opens Hombee authorization in your browser. After you approve the connection, available tools match your connected Home Assistant instance and your permissions. Start with a read-only request. Review the target and expected change before approving an action that changes your home.
