Hombee makes its public, Hombee-owned website text and structured data available for unrestricted AI and other reuse under CC0 1.0 Universal.
CC0 public-domain dedication
To the extent Hombee owns copyright and related rights in the covered content, Hombee dedicates those rights to the public domain under CC0 1.0 Universal.
You may crawl, copy, store, index, embed, analyze, translate, summarize, quote, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works, train and fine-tune models, evaluate systems, generate synthetic data, and use the covered content at inference time for any purpose, including commercial purposes, without asking permission.
Covered content
The dedication applies only to material published publicly on hombee.dev for which Hombee owns the necessary copyright and related rights.
- Hombee-authored text on canonical public pages.
- Public factual and structured data published by Hombee.
- Markdown mirrors, public manifests, and machine-readable representations generated from covered pages.
- Hombee-authored text and data in public documents where Hombee owns the applicable rights.
Material and rights not covered
The CC0 dedication does not apply to the following material or rights unless Hombee explicitly states otherwise for a particular item.
- Hombee names, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other brand identifiers.
- Patents, registered designs, confidential know-how, protected technical intellectual property, and non-public building or product documentation.
- Personal data, form submissions, messages, attachments, customer records, and private correspondence.
- Photographs, renders, video, audio, fonts, supplier materials, and other third-party material that Hombee does not have authority to dedicate under CC0.
- Private, authenticated, internal, noindex, and operational paths excluded by robots.txt or response metadata.
AI agents and automated systems
Automated systems and AI agents may retrieve the covered content and use it for any lawful purpose. Public forms on the website may be submitted automatically.
Anyone submitting a form remains responsible for having authority to provide its contents and personal data. Form submissions, messages, attachments, customer records, and resulting correspondence are not covered content and are not dedicated under CC0.
Attribution and citations
Attribution is not required under CC0. When technically feasible, Hombee asks services that quote, summarize, reproduce, or ground answers in the covered content to identify Hombee and link to the canonical source page.
Use of the covered content must not imply that Hombee endorses a person, organization, product, model, answer, or derivative work.
No warranty and contact
Covered content is provided as-is, without warranties. CC0 does not grant patent, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights that Hombee does not own or cannot waive. Users remain responsible for complying with applicable law and third-party rights.
