Privacy policy of Hombee sp. z o.o.
This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing by Hombee sp. z o.o., hereinafter referred to as the "Controller", of personal data of Users using the website available at: hombee.dev (hereinafter: the Website).
Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: GDPR).

Any natural person, legal person or organisational unit without legal personality, to which the law grants legal capacity, using the Website.

What data do we collect?
We collect the minimum amount of personal data necessary to contact you and prepare an offer, including:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Investment data (e.g. location, type of building)
For what purpose do we process your data?
The collected personal data is processed solely for the purpose of:
- Contacting you to prepare an individual offer.
- Performance of the contract.
- Archiving correspondence related to the performance of the contract.
Legal basis for data processing
Processing of your data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1) of the GDPR, to the extent necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
How long do we keep your data?
Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to perform the contract, and after that time for the period required by law (e.g. tax regulations), but no longer than 5 years.

Your data may be shared with carefully selected service providers that help us operate the Website, handle enquiries, protect against abuse, and measure website or advertising performance in a privacy-preserving way, but only to the extent necessary for those purposes or when required by law.

Cookies
Our website uses only the cookies needed for website and contact features by default. When the embedded third-party chat widget is loaded, an essential third-party cookie (`__cf_bm`) may be set for bot protection. This cookie cannot be disabled while chat is enabled. If you arrive from a Google Ads click identifier, we may show a consent banner for Google Ads measurement. Your approval or decline is stored in a first-party browser-session cookie (`hb_ads_consent`) that contains only `granted` or `denied`.
Embedded YouTube videos
The Website may embed videos from Hombee’s official channels on YouTube. We use the privacy-enhanced mode of the YouTube player (`youtube-nocookie.com`) to limit personalisation by YouTube. According to YouTube, viewing a video in this mode is not used to personalise the user’s YouTube experience or advertising shown outside our Website.
- the external YouTube player is loaded only on pages where we have embedded a video,
- after playing a video, going to YouTube, or interacting with the player, data may be processed by Google/YouTube in accordance with the rules of those services,
- videos are embedded to present Hombee product and technical content without requiring users to leave the Website.
Google Ads with consent and tag gateway
The Google Ads tag is installed through Hombee’s Cloudflare Google Tag Gateway endpoint (`/metrics`) on website pages with Google consent mode set to denied by default. If you arrive from a Google Ads click identifier, we may show a consent banner that updates Google Ads consent mode for that browser session. If you approve the banner, Google Ads measurement and contact-form conversion events may use granted advertising consent. When the contact form is submitted successfully with granted consent, the conversion event may include the submitted email address and phone number as user-provided data for Google Ads enhanced conversions for web. If you decline, Google Ads consent remains denied during that browser session.
- ordinary visits without a Google Ads click identifier and without earlier approval do not see the banner and keep Google Ads consent denied by default,
- declining stores a session-only decline cookie so the banner is not shown again during the same browser session,
- Google Ads tag and measurement requests are sent to Hombee’s domain first and are processed by Cloudflare Google Tag Gateway before being forwarded to Google.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, destruction, disclosure to unauthorised persons and other forms of unlawful processing.
Changes to the privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy. We will inform you of any changes through a notice on the website.
