Sit back, pour water on the stones and enjoy the view.

Stay a little longer.
After the warmth, take your time outside.
Timber, light and the view.
The 100 mm solid CLT structure remains visible inside. The grain, layered edges and large window define the space.

Solid timber benches
The exposed edge shows the layers of cross-laminated timber.

A window onto the garden
Large glazing brings the surrounding landscape into view.

Details within reach
Simple metal fittings sit against the timber frame.

Designed by Piotr Gniewek.
Piotr Gniewek grew up in his grandparents' workshop and learned architecture and sauna culture while studying and working in Finland. He designed the Tyyni collection as a simple volume with one large window that brings nature closer. Today Hombee builds and delivers Tyyni.
Finns want their saunas close to nature.

Site check
Remotely or on site, we check the ground, power supply and truck access.
Production in 8–11 weeks
We build the whole sauna indoors, with heater, glass and finish.
Installation in one day
A crane sets the sauna on the prepared supports and we connect the power. Your garden never becomes a building site.
What to prepare
- Stable supports, for example concrete blocks. We provide the layout, and no foundation slab is needed.
- A power cable of the right capacity at the site if you choose the electric heater. Any electrician can bring it in.
- Access for a truck with an HDS crane. For recreational plots we check the route before you order.
Payment in four parts
10% deposit, 60% before production, 25% after installation and 5% after acceptance. Leasing is available too.
Two years of cover
For 2 years we stand behind the whole sauna under Polish law. The HUUM heater and other devices also carry their manufacturers' warranties, which we hand over at acceptance. You pay the last 5% only after you accept the sauna.
Questions and answers
The most common questions about Tyyni outdoor saunas, from price to installation.
Price and purchase
How much does a Tyyni outdoor sauna cost?
The Tyyni 8 costs PLN 90,405 incl. VAT, the Tyyni 10 PLN 108,855 incl. VAT and the Tyyni 14 PLN 119,925 incl. VAT, for delivery in Poland. The price covers a complete, ready-to-use sauna with its heater. Transport is quoted separately, and for other countries we quote in EUR with local VAT.
How do I pay for a Tyyni sauna?
You pay in four parts tied to milestones. 10% deposit, 60% before production, 25% after installation and 5% after acceptance. Leasing is available too.
What can I customise in a Tyyni sauna?
The architecture and dimensions are fixed. Choose an exterior and interior colour combination, an electric HUUM or wood-fired heater, LED lighting, smart-home integration, a coded lock and an outdoor shower.
Site and installation
Do I need a building permit for an outdoor sauna?
In Poland, free-standing single-storey utility and leisure buildings with a built-up area of up to 35 m² need only a notification, within a limit on how many such buildings a plot may hold for every 500 m² of its area, not a building permit. Tyyni saunas have a built-up area of 7.9 to 14.1 m². The local office confirms the classification, distances from the boundary and zoning rules, so we check them with you before you order. In other countries the local rules apply.
How do I prepare the site for an outdoor sauna?
A Tyyni sauna needs no foundation slab. Stable supports, such as concrete blocks, are enough, and we provide their layout. The electric heater needs a power cable of the right capacity, and installation needs access for a truck with an HDS crane.
How long does it take?
Production usually takes 8 to 11 weeks from order confirmation. Delivery, placing the sauna and connecting it usually take one working day.
Can you deliver to a recreational plot?
Yes, if a truck with an HDS crane can reach it. We check the route and where the truck stands before you order.
Using the sauna
Wood-fired or electric?
A wood-fired stove gives you the ritual of fire and needs no high-power connection. The HUUM electric heater is switched on from its panel or the app on your phone and heats the sauna without burning anything.
Can people see inside through the mirrored glass?
Not by day. The mirrored glass reflects the surroundings, while from the bench you see the whole garden. In the evening, with the light on inside and darkness outside, the glass becomes transparent. Dim the LED lighting then, which you can add to any model.
How much electricity does the electric heater use?
The HUUM HIVE Mini electric heater is rated at 9 kW, so an hour at full power uses at most 9 kWh. Once the sauna is hot, the heater cycles on and off and uses less. A wood-fired stove needs no electricity for heat.
Does a Tyyni sauna get stuffy?
No. Every Tyyni has designed ventilation that keeps changing the air without you noticing, so sessions are longer and more comfortable.
Can I use a Tyyni sauna in winter?
Yes. The Resitrix EPDM roof membrane and aluminium flashing protect the structure from snow and water, and the sauna heats up in frost too.
Quality and care
Is the Tyyni 14 the same sauna as the Tyyni 15?
Yes. The model previously described as the Tyyni 15 is now offered as the Tyyni 14. The name follows its built-up area of 14.1 m², and its dimensions of 6250 × 2250 mm are unchanged.
How is a Tyyni different from a barrel sauna?
A Tyyni is a rectangular building with a large mirrored window. Its walls, ceiling and benches are solid 100 mm CLT panels without foil or mineral wool. A barrel sauna is a round structure of boards, usually without a glass wall.
How do I look after a Tyyni sauna?
Refresh the oil finish on the exterior every few years. The EPDM roof and aluminium flashing need no maintenance, and the interior needs ordinary cleaning.
What warranty do I get?
We are liable for the whole sauna for 2 years under Polish law. Devices such as the HUUM heater carry their own manufacturer warranties, which we hand over at acceptance.
Is Tyyni suitable for a hotel or rental cabins?
Yes. Solid CLT walls handle intensive use well, and the sauna can connect to a hotel system for remote management. We also design zones with several saunas.
