Hombee Home is a complete residential product, not only a modular structure. You buy a home as a coherent ecosystem: CLT structure, architecture, finishing, building systems, devices, equipment, Hombee OS, and the delivery process.

The Hombee standard means that finishing, furniture, devices, media, and everyday equipment are designed as one whole. The scope starts with custom furniture and reaches down to cutlery and a starter in the fridge.

Yes. The scope includes kitchen appliances, media equipment in the living room and bedrooms, a laundry and drying zone, cutlery in the drawer, fragrance dispensers, and other everyday-use elements. The detailed scope is confirmed when configuring the selected model.

Not in the typical sense. Modularity is hidden in the form so the house reads as clean, monolithic architecture. It gives production repeatability and faster installation without the feeling of a temporary object assembled from containers.

The Hombee Home structure is made from solid CLT timber with load-bearing capacity comparable to concrete. The elements are produced and certified in Austria according to Eurocode 5, and the structure is designed for 100 years of durability.

Yes. CLT lets the natural quality of wood remain part of the interior. We do not cover it with plaster, paint, or unnecessary chemicals where wood and natural oils can build the final microclimate of the home.

Yes. Interiors have ready-made styles, highly resistant matte surfaces, system-matched fronts and worktops, and materials selected for daily use. In practice, you choose a direction, not hundreds of individual details.

Yes. The home layout is designed around natural movement paths. The goal is 100% use of the floor area: fewer empty meters, fewer accidental passages, and more function within the same area.

A Software-Defined Building is a home where technology is not an add-on after construction. Energy, climate, security, media, and network infrastructure are designed as one software-managed system.

Hombee OS acts as the home assistant. It autonomously manages energy, climate, and security, analyzes device operation, and maintains conditions in the background without requiring manual control of every element.

The home can combine an integrated solar roof, an energy storage system with automated energy trading, star topology electrical wiring, device-level energy measurements, and 48-hour backup power with 20 ms switching.

Climate is handled by an enterprise-class multifunctional ventilation unit, HEPA H13 filtration, a water treatment station, and automatic temperature and air-quality management. The real effect depends on the configuration and the conditions of a specific project.

The system includes presence, leak, and smoke sensors, monitoring, alarm, and enterprise-class Wi-Fi 7. The home is designed to detect problems earlier and reduce situations where you need to supervise systems yourself.

We select devices according to reference models. If a newer standard appears before installation, we update the setup without changing the price so the home starts with the most current device generation possible.

Single-storey homes offer easy movement on one level and quick garden access from every room. Two-storey homes make better use of the plot and create a clearer split between daily and private zones.

You can choose single-storey models S1-S6 from 22 to 132 m² and two-storey models D4-D10 from 67 to 199 m². They differ by area and module count, but keep the same Hombee Home product logic.

The international price list shows net values in EUR: single-storey models from 140,000 EUR to 425,000 EUR and two-storey models from 290,000 EUR to 580,000 EUR. Plot analysis is not used to negotiate the price; it checks whether implementation is technically possible under standard conditions.

Yes. The investment value is set when the contract is signed and is treated as fixed from that point. This limits the risk of add-ons that often appear in traditional construction.

Not every plot allows every Hombee Home model to be installed. Before signing the contract, we perform an individual analysis of the technical possibility of installing the home on the plot: access, installation, utilities, formal requirements, and model fit to the terrain.

You are responsible for buying the plot and bringing utilities to its boundary. Connections within the plot, documentation, permits, production, installation, equipment, and home activation are handled by Hombee within the agreed project scope.

Yes. We prepare the documentation and manage the building permit process on your behalf. This is one of the elements that separates Hombee Home from simply buying a structure or a house design.

The process has five stages: model choice, permits, production, installation, and activation. Indicatively: model choice takes about 1 month, permits 2-3 months, production up to 4 months, installation about 1 month, and activation 48 hours.

A 100 m² structure can be assembled in about 2 weeks, but the full installation stage usually takes about 1 month. The difference comes from the fact that installation covers more than setting the structure in place.
