    ESS distributed intelligence

    Standard

Each ZYC Simpo 5000 energy storage unit has its own built-in management computer and an integrated BMS (Battery Management System) with overcurrent protection.

    Why

In traditional systems, a failure of the master controller disables the entire warehouse; in Hombee, each module is autonomous and can independently manage its status and communicate with the inverter without the need to use an external central controller. Built-in overcurrent protections inside each module provide an additional layer of cell protection, reducing the response time to possible anomalies to microseconds.

    Reference standard

  2. 002

    Stones

    Standard

The heater is filled with White Silver Flat decorative stones - naturally rounded pebbles with a flattened shape and a light, silvery-white color.

    Why

The key reason is aesthetics - light, smooth stones constitute a visual accent in the interior of the sauna. Thanks to the natural processing (enveloping) process, these stones retain a compact structure and high thermal resistance, which makes them a completely safe and durable material for use in furnaces. Their flat shape allows the top layer to be tightly arranged.

  3. 003

Zonal media management and solenoid valves

    Standard

The system is equipped with solenoid valves before the hot and cold water distributor and at each circulation outlet, integrated with building automation.

    Why

This allows for intelligent optimization of energy consumption for recirculation and complete water shut-off in the event of a failure detection (e.g. washing machine or dishwasher), protecting the house against flooding. The system can selectively turn off circulation in guest rooms when they are not in use. We can also precisely define schedules for individual bathrooms (e.g. the toilet next to the bedroom is only active in the evening and morning).

  4. 004

    Dispensers integrated with the worktop

    Standard

Installation of a minimalist dishwashing liquid dispenser, permanently mounted directly in the opening of the kitchen countertop.

    Why

Hiding the detergent tank under the countertop permanently eliminates the problem of free-standing, unsightly bottles, making it easier to keep the washing area clean. The well-thought-out design of the mechanism allows for easy refilling of the liquid from the top (above the countertop), avoiding the need to unscrew the container inside the cabinet.

  5. 005

    Control with Smart Home integration

    Standard

Open Source control system in the Hombee Application. Hardware and software integration with other building automation systems (Smart Home / BMS).

    Why

The open communication standard eliminates the need to use dedicated panels or separate applications. This allows you to manage the sauna from the central home system and create advanced automation scenarios (e.g. automatic start of the furnace, control of mood lighting depending on the selected sauna operation mode).

  6. 006

    Precise insulation removal

    Standard

To prepare cable ends, we use only professional automatic tools with precise adjustment of the cutting depth and a limiter for the stripping length.

    Why

A common practice is to "peel" cables with an assembly knife, which often results in micro-cutting the copper conductor. Such damage drastically reduces the cross-section of the wire in this place, which, under high loads, generates huge resistance and spot overheating, increasing the risk of fire. Thanks to the length limiters, we can remove the insulation exactly at the length required by the socket manufacturer.

  7. 007

Adjustable exhaust air with a wooden shutter

    Standard

The ventilation outlet is protected by a powder-coated grille and equipped with a dedicated, hand-made wooden screen.

    Why

Manual regulation allows you to precisely control the air exchange rate, deciding on the cooling speed of the sauna after a session or the intensity of ventilation during it. The powder coating of the grille creates a hard anti-corrosion barrier, and the wooden grill hides the technical layer, maintaining a uniform material structure of the entire interior (no visible assembly elements).

  8. 008

Switchgear architecture based on rail connectors

    Standard

Terminating all field cables on system strip (rail) connectors before inserting them into the protection and control equipment.

    Why

This is an industry standard that separates the fixed installation from the switchgear. It allows you to clearly organize the cabling and reduce its volume inside the cabinet by approximately 30%. This solution drastically simplifies servicing and reconfiguring the system (e.g. changing the phase assignment to the receiver) on a short section of the connector, without the need to interfere with deep cable bundles.

  9. 009

Sealing the counter battens with Schaumband tape

    Standard

A Schaumband sealing tape is used under each counter batten.

    Why

The expansion tape tightens around the nail piercing the membrane, sealing the installation hole. This prevents water from penetrating inside the rafters in places where the roof foil penetrates.

  10. 010

Durable and waterless STP assembly adhesives

    Standard

Use of a single-component, high-hardness adhesive based on silane-modified polymers (STP) product. The product is fully compliant with the ISO 17178 standard, chemically adapted to the type of substrate and soil, and binds without introducing water into the floor structure.

    Why

STP product chemically bonds under the influence of ambient moisture, completely eliminating water from the joint itself. Meeting the rigorous ISO 17178 standard guarantees that the glue dries to form a hard, stable bond. It is able to absorb the demanding shear forces generated by the working wood, permanently locking it in the desired position.

  11. 011

Frost-resistant tap fittings and pneumatic drainage systems

    Standard

Installation of external intake valves with anti-freeze product and installation of service ports for blowing out irrigation systems with compressed air.

    Why

Classic external valves require the tedious turning off of the inlet from the inside and draining the water before each winter. Our valves automatically empty the external part when the flow is closed, which eliminates the risk of ice bursting the body. In the case of garden sprinkler systems installed below the ground frost zone, we use dedicated connections for the compressor. This allows for complete removal of water from underground pipes, which is the only effective method of protecting the irrigation installation against cracking as a result of negative temperatures in the ground.

  12. 012

Structural durability and non-invasive replacement of cables

    Standard

Use only pipes with a documented service life exceeding 50 years, run inside flexible protective pipes (conduits).

    Why

More than half a century of failure-free operational durability of the material has been confirmed by rigorous tests conducted in the years 1973–2009 at certifying institutes in Germany and Sweden. The unique flexibility and plasticity of peroxide-cross-linked polyethylene (PE-Xa) allows - e.g. in the event of mechanical damage - non-invasive pulling out and pulling in a new water pipe inside the existing protective pipe.

  13. 013

Elements made of glued Glulam wood

    Standard

All narrow elements are made of glued laminated wood (Glulam), instead of solid wood.

    Why

Gluing dried lamellas eliminates natural internal stresses, guaranteeing perfect dimensional stability, impossible to obtain in solid wood. This material has a much higher resistance to cracking and deformation under load, which allows the use of slimmer cross-sections while maintaining maximum aesthetics and strength.

  14. 014

    High-performance thermal insulation (Naturheld Flex)

    Standard

For thermal insulation of foundations and walls, we use Naturheld Flex wood fiber mats with a thermal conductivity coefficient of ΛΔ = 0.037 W/(m • K).

    Why

Thanks to a very low lambda (0.037), this material offers one of the best insulation properties among natural products, effectively protecting the building against energy losses in winter. At the same time, the high density of the mat (50 kg/m3) and huge thermal capacity (2100 J/kgK) make this insulation act as a shield against heat in summer, ensuring interior temperature stability unattainable for light mineral wools or foams.

  15. 015

    "Premium Plus" standard in cabling

    Standard

We use cables whose physical and insulation parameters exceed the minimum market standards. A cross-section of 2.5 mm2 in our cables is an actual 2.5 mm2 of copper.

    Why

Commercial cables often have undersized cross-sections and stiff, brittle insulation. Our cables are more flexible (easier installation without the risk of cracks) and have a more durable coating that does not degrade under the influence of chemicals found in plaster or concrete. Higher copper purity means lower resistance, lower operating temperature and real savings on transmission losses.

  16. 016

    Flutter graphics engine

    Standard

The Hombee Application was built based on the ultra-efficient Flutter graphics engine, widely used in the gaming industry.

    Why

While the screens of top smartphones usually operate at a standard up to 120 Hz (or 240 Hz in gaming models), the engine on which Hombee App is based generates graphics with a significant reserve of power (it allows for interface rendering at a speed of up to 400-500 FPS). This translates into smooth animation and immediate response to touch. The user does not experience any delays - home control is responsive and smooth.

  17. 017

    Aluminum material with passivation

    Standard

The elements are made of 0.7 mm aluminum sheet by Prefa.

    Why

Aluminum reacts with oxygen to create a natural oxide layer (passivation), which protects the metal core. Thanks to this, any scratches or cut edges "heal themselves", ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive marine environments.

    Reference standard

  18. 018

    Adaptive furnace operation

    Standard

The furnace operation algorithm is divided into the heating phase (full power 9 kW) and the temperature maintenance phase (cyclical operation).

    Why

This division optimizes energy consumption. Full power is used only to quickly reach the set temperature (start-up). When using the sauna, the controller activates the heaters only periodically to compensate for current heat losses (resulting from ventilation or water use), which ensures stable conditions inside without constantly burdening the installation.

  19. 019

    Individual installation design

    Standard

The installation is performed solely on the basis of a dedicated engineering design.

    Why

Individual calculations allow for precise placement of air terminals depending on the roof geometry. This ensures the physical transfer of the discharge in a controlled manner, in accordance with safety standards, which is not guaranteed by eye installation.

  20. 020

    Inspection infrastructure and non-invasive maintenance

    Standard

Installation of system cleaning boxes in external installations and strategic location of inspection points inside the facility.

    Why

We ensure full system patency without the need to interfere with the structure of the building. Outdoor cleaning boxes allow for quick inspection and pressure unclogging of drainage pipes. Internal inspections are arranged so that in the event of a blockage, mechanical maintenance is possible without chipping away at the walls or dismantling the furniture. This means thinking about the operation of the building in the perspective of several dozen years.

  21. 021

    Calibrated clamping tools

    Standard

All cable lugs are crimped with dedicated tools with a current calibration certificate.

    Why

The calibrated press ensures repeatable, standard pressure of the sleeve on the cable. This eliminates the risk of "cold solder joints" or wire slipping out, ensuring full current conduction over the entire contact surface.

  22. 022

    Patented tightness

    Standard

Solrif profiles have a double locking system and internal drainage channels.

    Why

The shape of the profiles creates a labyrinth for water, working on the principle of roof tiles. Water pushed by the wind is caught by the profile's barriers and gravity drains it downwards through the channels. The tightness is achieved mechanically, without the need to rely on unstable silicone gaskets.

  23. 023

    Short module strings

    Standard

The installation is divided into short chains of modules (strings) in accordance with the detailed design.

    Why

Shorter circuits limit the impact of local shading (e.g. leaves, chimney) to a smaller group of panels. Thanks to this, the shadow falling on one module does not choke the operation of an extensive part of the installation, which translates into higher average annual energy production.

  24. 024

    Environmental specialization of Ethernet cables

    Standard

We select network cables (twisted pairs) strictly to the place where they are laid, distinguishing between indoor and outdoor versions (UV-resistant) and for direct laying in the ground (with gel filling/special coating).

    Why

The market standard is to lay a plain, white indoor cable on the facade or in the ground. Such a cable crumbles under the influence of sunlight after a few years, and moisture drawn in through micro-cracks destroys devices (switches/cameras) at both ends. By using cables gelled to the ground and UV-resistant outdoors, we guarantee network stability regardless of the conditions.

  25. 025

    Security information hub

    Standard

The application has a dedicated "Security" tab, which aggregates the status of all key sensors and related functionalities in one place.

    Why

When a situation requires the user's attention, he or she does not have to "run" around the application and check the status of each room or camera separately. One glance at the panel is enough to make sure that the house is locked or no one is inside. This eliminates the need to physically walk around the house or search through multiple screens.

  26. 026

    Temperature sensor

    Standard

Digital temperature sensor in a stainless steel housing with a diameter of 6 mm, recessed into the ceiling plane (exposure approx. 1 cm).

    Why

The steel housing replaces typical plastics, ensuring mechanical durability and resistance to high temperatures. The minimalist form does not disturb the aesthetics of the interior, and direct exposure of the sensor guarantees low measurement error (low thermal inertia), which is necessary for precise furnace automation.

  27. 027

    Construction polyurethane adhesive

    Standard

    Solvent-free, polyurethane construction adhesive.

    Why

Gentle foaming of the joint causes deep fiber penetration and tight filling of the natural wood pores. This guarantees a strong mechanical connection with the highest water resistance class (D4), insensitive to moisture and changing temperature conditions, while maintaining full safety when the glue is exposed to high temperatures (no emissions of harmful substances, e.g. formaldehyde).

  28. 028

Additional air inlet at the eaves

    Standard

An additional air inlet is made directly under the edge of the lowest row of panels.

    Why

Increasing the cross-section of the air inlet intensifies gravity ventilation. Better air flow removes heat from the modules more effectively, which is a condition for maintaining their high efficiency.

  29. 029

    Extreme snow resistance

    Standard

The snow load resistance is 10,500 Pa.

    Why

This parameter results directly from the thickness and stiffness of the glass used (point 42). It means that a square meter of the roof can withstand a pressure of over 1 ton (e.g. a thick layer of wet snow or ice), which is twice as high as the market standard (5,400 Pa), ensuring the safety of the structure in weather anomalies.

  30. 030

    Stranded cables (Thermal safety)

    Standard

In the main and power installations, we use stranded cables (multi-wire), giving up rigid single-core cables (so-called wires).

    Why

Rigid cables with thick conductors are susceptible to microcracks caused during installation or under the influence of microvibrations and thermal stresses. The crack limits the cable's active cross-section, which increases resistance, operating temperature and creates a fire risk. The "rope" is flexible, resistant to material fatigue and ensures excellent conduction over its entire surface.

  31. 031

Double circulation fridge-freezer with zone zero

    Standard

Installation of a built-in fridge-freezer equipped with an inverter compressor, a full frost-free system (No Frost), two independent refrigeration circuits and chambers with reduced temperature and regulated humidity (so-called zero zones). We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with newer models in a similar or higher technological class.

    Why

The use of an inverter compressor allows for smooth, continuous power modulation - instead of loud, sudden activation of the generator, the system precisely maintains the set temperature, reducing noise and energy consumption. Important to keep food fresh is the mechanical separation of the system into two independent air circuits, which prevents dry, frosty air from the freezer being sucked into the main chamber, stopping the process of food drying and the transfer of odors. The forced circulation system (No Frost) removes moisture from the evaporator to the outside, blocking the formation of an insulating layer of ice. The refrigerator is equipped with "zone zero" - drawers in which the microclimate at 0°C and increased humidity almost completely stops the multiplication of bacteria, extending the freshness of products.

  32. 032

HUUM HIVE Mini stainless steel stove

    Standard

HUUM HIVE Mini stove with a power of 9 kW, made entirely of stainless steel, equipped with three independent heating elements with a power of 3 kW each. Remote control via the manufacturer's application or the native Hombee system.

    Why

The power of 9 kW has been selected with a significant margin, which shortens the heating time and increases the life of the device (less load on components). Stainless steel provides corrosion resistance in humid environments. Dividing the power into three independent heaters guarantees operational safety - a possible failure of one of them only reduces the efficiency, but does not disable the entire heater, allowing you to use the sauna until it is serviced. Remote control allows you to conveniently start the sauna from anywhere.

  33. 033

Integrated Grass fittings (Tiomos H and Tipmatic Plus Pin)

    Standard

The use of hidden hinges, milled directly in the horizontal rims of the furniture body, integrated with mechanical spring ejectors with calibrated opening force.

    Why

Traditional cup hinges mounted on the side walls take up valuable space and may interfere with the organization of the space. The use of recessed fittings (embedded in the bottom and ceiling of the cabinet) completely frees the sides of the cabinet, providing an obstruction-free surface. The multi-hinged lever system guarantees stable guidance of even very heavy fronts, preventing them from hanging and maintaining micrometrically even gaps between the cabinets. The system also includes a dedicated spring ejector that generates the force to push the massive wing out.

  34. 034

Polymer installation architecture and total corrosion resistance

    Standard

Possibility of making a complete water distribution system entirely from advanced plastics (polymers), including pipes, sectional distributors and end points (accessories for utensils).

    Why

Resigning from metal-containing components completely eliminates the risk of electrochemical or pitting corrosion inside the system. This fully polymeric material structure is crucial in facilities equipped with advanced treatment plants, when highly softened or demineralized water (e.g. for pressure washers) shows aggressive properties towards traditional copper and brass alloys. The use of dedicated plastics guarantees absolute chemical neutrality and constant water purity.

  35. 035

Safety and durability of sanitary fittings

    Standard

The use of Omnires fittings equipped with durable ceramic heads, integrated Aquarock composite shower trays and suspended sanitary ceramics mounted only on hidden steel supporting frames.

    Why

The bathroom environment requires materials with the highest resistance to cyclical fluctuations in humidity and aggressive cleaning chemicals. The galvanic coatings of the fittings permanently block corrosion processes, and the ceramic inserts of the heads guarantee long-term tightness of the home pressure system without abrasion. Supporting massive bowls suspended on steel frame spins allows for a rigorous transfer of static loads directly to the main supporting structure of the building. This effectively and permanently prevents the formation of annoying micro-cracks on wall coverings and the unsealing of silicone edge insulation, blocking water from penetrating deep into the building.

  36. 036

Acoustic comfort and optimization of installation space

    Standard

The use of compact hydrophore units with reduced acoustic emissions, not exceeding the level of 47 dB when operating under load.

    Why

Typical, low-cost pumps generate noise exceeding 60-70 dB and strong resonant vibrations, which requires their isolation in remote rooms. Hombee Pipes standard solutions operate almost silently (at the level of a modern dishwasher), which allows them to be installed within a residential building. The integrated "all-in-one" design eliminates the need to use large external expansion tanks, which in the market standard take up significant space and require frequent monitoring of the airbag pressure.

  37. 037

    Precise measurements, optimization and automation

    Standard

Thanks to the star topology, each energy receiver can be independently monitored and controlled, also in connection with automation.

    Why

Devices such as hot water boiler or circulation pumps often work unnecessarily when no one is at home. In the Hombee system, the boiler socket can be turned off automatically, e.g. when the alarm is armed or when there is no presence. The star arrangement therefore enables not only precise consumption measurements, but also, based on them, optimization of energy consumption.

  38. 038

High class of pressure resistance and hydraulic smoothness

    Standard

The use of only high-pressure class PN10 cables (designed for continuous operation at pressure up to 10 bar), characterized by minimal absolute roughness of the internal walls.

    Why

Standard installations are based on PN6 class cables (up to 6 bar). Raising the rigor to PN10 class provides a huge margin of structural safety, protecting the system against leakage due to sudden water hammer or failure of pressure reducers. The exceptional smoothness of the internal walls minimizes the frictional resistance of flowing water, which translates into excellent flow parameters, reduced flow noise and complete blocking of the process of deposition of mineral deposits or biofilm.

  39. 039

    Channel installation systems

    Standard

The installation is mounted using Fischer mounting rails (on threaded rods with a diameter of 8 mm), and, if necessary, also using certified cable suspensions from the British company Gripple, selected depending on the geometry of the building.

    Why

The use of thick rods (8 mm) and system rails provide the necessary stiffness on flat surfaces (ceilings, walls), eliminating the risk of installation swaying. In difficult spaces, such as attic slopes or high rooms, we also use cable suspensions that allow for safe, stress-free suspension of ducts at any angle. Thanks to this, the installation is always stable, regardless of the geometry of the building structure.

    Reference standard

  40. 040

    Spring steel handles

    Standard

The modules are mounted with spring steel handles that return to their original shape after being bent.

    Why

These handles enable micro-movements of the modules resulting from the thermal expansion of the materials. The flexible mounting compensates for the stresses caused by temperature changes, protecting the glass pane against cracking.

  41. 041

    Integrated operation of system devices

    Standard

The application acts as a master conductor, optimizing the operation of all devices (HVAC, hot water, pumps) in order to maximize consumption and comfort.

    Why

The devices in the Hombee home do not work in isolation, but in an integrated manner. Examples: the hot water circulation pump works only when the system detects your presence, eliminating idle energy losses on heating pipes in an empty house. The air handling unit responds to your lifestyle - it limits filtration and heating when you are away, but thanks to the analysis of your habits, it prepares the ideal temperature for the hour when you most often return home.

  42. 042

    Hidden EPDM seals

    Standard

EPDM seals are placed under the module profiles, invisible from the outside.

    Why

Hiding the seals protects them from direct exposure to UV radiation, which is the main factor that degrades rubber. Thanks to this, the seal remains flexible and functional throughout the life of the roof.

  43. 043

    Predictable fire resistance (0.65 mm/min)

    Standard

CLT panels are designed taking into account a precisely defined charring rate of 0.65 mm/min for the first layer.

    Why

Massive wood is a more fire-safe material than bare steel (which softens under the influence of temperature and suddenly loses its load-bearing capacity). When exposed to fire, CLT forms a charred insulating layer on the surface that cuts off the flow of oxygen to the interior of the element, so the supporting core remains intact for a predictable, calculated period of time, allowing reaction time.

  44. 044

    Dynamic video preview

    Standard

The camera tab offers live viewing with intelligent sorting, automatically highlighting and/or enlarging those cameras that are currently detecting motion.

    Why

In a multi-camera system, watching a static image of an empty driveway is pointless, so the system directs the user's attention to where something is actually happening. In the case of mobile devices with less computing power, the application dynamically manages resources, running the video stream only from active cameras, saving battery and processor.

  45. 045

10 Gb/s Ethernet bus with PoE support

    Standard

We use structured cabling of the highest commonly available categories, supporting speeds up to 10 Gb/s and Power over Ethernet (PoE) power supply product.

    Why

We offer the industry standard in residential solutions. 10 Gb/s bandwidth ensures smooth network operation for a huge number of Smart Home devices and multimedia. PoE product allows you to power cameras, video intercoms or sensors directly from the network cable using direct current (DC). It is safer (low voltage) and more stable than alternating current in sockets, and additionally eliminates the need for separate power supplies.

  46. 046

    Aluminum perforation against rodents

    Standard

The ventilation holes are protected with perforated aluminum sheet.

    Why

Aluminum is resistant to biting by rodents and UV degradation. Unlike plastic grates, which crumble over time, metal constitutes a durable mechanical barrier that prevents martens from entering under the roof.

  47. 047

    Frame of the glass set

    Standard

Large-format glass mounted in a hand-made steel frame, powder-coated and fastened only with stainless steel screws.

    Why

Powder coating creates a hard coating resistant to high temperatures and moisture, and stainless connectors prevent corrosion at points of contact with the structure. Manual adjustment of the frame provides the stiffness necessary to safely hold heavy glazing, turning a technical element into an aesthetic and durable frame.

  48. 048

Actual conditions of energy flow and production

    Standard

The application offers a current view of energy flows with full physical accuracy (it distinguishes and visualizes alternating and direct current, the direction of energy flow, and the graphics are synchronized with the weather conditions outside the window).

    Why

We want the user to not only see the numbers, but understand the dynamics of their home. Physical correctness (directions, type of current) allows you to instantly understand what is happening at a given second, and correlation with the weather and the daily cycle makes the interface a natural extension of reality.

  49. 049

Boiling water directly from the tap (Quooker)

    Standard

Installation of an integrated faucet system that immediately supplies water at a temperature of 100°C straight from an under-counter, pressurized boiler equipped with high-vacuum insulation product.

    Why

The under-counter tank with vacuum insulation maintains water at a temperature of 100°C under pressure with minimal supporting energy consumption (10-15 W) and does not heat the interior of the furniture. The user therefore has boiling water at his disposal without the need to boil it separately. To prevent accidents, a double push-and-turn safety device (parental lock) is used, and the boiling water stream itself is highly aerated. It flows out in the form of a dense, dispersed mist of drops, which gives the hand a split second to react.

  50. 050

Stability of installation in dry construction product

    Standard

Use of dedicated TECE system frames for mounting fittings in plasterboard walls*.

    Why

Installing ceramics on frame walls requires a rigid transfer of loads to the supporting structure of the building. We eliminate makeshift solutions (e.g. wooden reinforcements), which are deformed under the influence of moisture and pressure, which results in cracking of joints and loosening of toilet bowls. The TECE system ensures unchanged geometry of mounting points and full stability of the fittings throughout the entire period of operation. Plasterboards are used in individual projects that we carry out as an industry contractor; are not used in house designs from the Hombee Home collection.*

  51. 051

    Rigorous headquarters certification

    Standard

The basis for quality validation of the Rotor Vent unit are documents from independent research centers.

    Why

We require confirmation of parameters by independent notified bodies. TÜV certification documents the high housing stiffness class (D1) and excellent aerodynamic tightness (L2). This eliminates the problem of unwanted blow-bys inside the AHU and prevents losses of recovered thermal energy. In turn, the PZH certificate states that all materials used to build the device are completely biologically and chemically neutral, guaranteeing health safety and excluding the release of harmful substances into the supply system.

  52. 052

    Low-noise sewage system

    Standard

Implementation of internal sewage installation based on a low-noise system made of polypropylene reinforced with high-density minerals.

    Why

Standard sewage systems generate annoying flow and water hammer sounds that travel through the building structure. Thick, multi-layer walls with variable density and the high specific weight of the system effectively suppress vibrations and noise (below 20 dB), ensuring acoustic comfort in bedrooms and living rooms adjacent to sanitary installations. This material is also characterized by exceptional resistance to aggressive chemical wastewater and low and high temperatures (from -20° to 97° Celsius).

  53. 053

Expansion joints and waterproofing of floor joists

    Standard

Floor joists installed with a 5 mm expansion gap from the walls and secured on the upper surface with a waterproofing tape.

    Why

The expansion joint ensures air circulation necessary for the beam face to dry in the event of water appearing there, and the tape physically cuts off the water absorption path into the wood structure. This eliminates the risk of mold and fungi developing inside the supporting structure.

  54. 054

    3D installations - space optimization

    Standard

Where space is limited, we perform installations in three dimensions, using mounting systems that allow for multi-layer assembly.

    Why

We do not require a huge wall to install all the components. Thanks to the 3D approach, we are able to enclose professional energy infrastructure in a relatively small area, while maintaining full ergonomics and service access. A dedicated room does not have to be the size of a garage to accommodate a professional power plant.

  55. 055

    Orthopedic mattress

    Standard

The use of orthopedic mattresses with a zonal supporting architecture, based on advanced cores (optimized spring systems or dense structural foams), finished with elastic top layers with a high ability to reduce point pressure.

    Why

Correct sleep physiology requires precise alignment of the spine axis and elimination of back pressure on the tissues. Homogeneous mattresses sag uncontrollably (the so-called hammock effect), forcing the muscles to work continuously for stabilization at night. The use of zoned support systems allows for different buoyancy forces depending on the pressure of individual body parts - stronger support for the heavy pelvis and shoulders, with more gentle support for the legs and head. This guarantees the maintenance of a neutral, physiological spine line regardless of the position adopted.

  56. 056

    Internal fiber optic installation

    Standard

We implement indoor fiber optic installations using specialized glass fibers with a high bending radius.

    Why

Optical fiber is the best standard for data transmission, completely resistant to electromagnetic interference and without the speed limits of traditional copper. We use fibers with increased flexibility, which minimizes the risk of cracking the glass core during installation.

  57. 057

    Permanent connection with pressure tape

    Standard

The connections of the duct sections are sealed with a system aluminum tape, applied only using a dedicated assembly putty to activate the glue.

    Why

The use of profiled putty is necessary to exert the force needed to activate the adhesive (PSA product - Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) and physically "press" the tape into the structure of the channel. This process permanently bonds materials and displaces air bubbles, creating an unbreakable, homogeneous bond. Unlike tapes glued by hand (without tools), such a connection does not delaminate or peel off over the years, guaranteeing lifelong tightness of the installation.

  58. 058

Steel cable trunking and signal separation

    Standard

Cables within the power installation are run in trays made of galvanized steel. We use restrictive spatial separation for DC and AC circuits.

    Why

While the market standard is plastic (PVC) troughs, we choose stainless steel that does not crumble over the years. Metal troughs provide an additional fireproof and mechanical barrier. The separation of AC and DC circuits we use is crucial for eliminating electromagnetic interference - it prevents the "induction" of noise, which guarantees clean readings from the sensors and stable operation.

  59. 059

    Ventilated ridge

    Standard

The ridge is made of a combination of perforated aluminum sheet and solid sheet (or ridge tiles).

    Why

This structure allows free ejection of heated air from the under-roof space. This prevents the formation of a thermal cushion at the top of the roof, which would inhibit the natural ventilation draft.

  60. 060

    Precision leveling screws

    Standard

The battens are mounted on level-adjustable screws, 140 mm long, attached directly to the rafters.

    Why

This allows you to obtain a perfect installation plane regardless of the curvature of the truss. Eliminating unevenness prevents torsional stresses in rigid glass modules, protecting them from cracking.

  61. 061

Integrated Rotor Vent air handling unit (All-in-One)

    Standard

The heart of the HVAC system is the Polish-made unit from Rotor-Vent, which integrates as many as five key functions in one device: heat recovery, humidification, heating, filtration and sterilization, managed by one native controller. Hombee has an exclusive license for this type of switchboard.

    Why

This approach eliminates compatibility and communication problems typical of installations composed of separate devices from different manufacturers. Full hardware and software integration (one "brain" controlling all processes) ensures complementary synergy of operation - the system smoothly adjusts the humidification parameters to the temperature and heat recovery, which translates into a stable climate and energy efficiency impossible to achieve in distributed systems.

  62. 062

Chemical resistance to ammonia and salt

    Standard

Certified resistance to ammonia and salt mist.

    Why

Hermetic closure of the cells between two layers of glass (without the use of permeable foils) physically cuts off the access of corrosive factors. Thanks to this, the installation does not degrade in aggressive agricultural (ammonia) or seaside (salt) environments.

  63. 063

    Hydrophore set with inverter

    Standard

The use of an integrated pump set equipped with a frequency converter (inverter) and a pressure sensor, ensuring constant hydraulic parameters regardless of the water intake pressure.

    Why

Unlike standard pumps that operate in the "on/off" mode (generating pressure surges and water hammer), our system smoothly adjusts the engine speed to the current demand. Opening one tap causes low speed, and turning on three showers at the same time results in an immediate increase in power, maintaining the same pressure at each point. This eliminates pressure and temperature drops in the shower when another household member turns on the water in the kitchen and makes the home installation independent of pressure drops occurring in municipal water networks.

  64. 064

    Advanced analytics and forecasting

    Standard

The system provides interactive charts of historical and planned activity, which are created using our proprietary forecasting engine.

    Why

Thanks to algorithms, the house becomes predictable. The ability to overlay a "plan vs. execution" chart allows the user (or the automation) to identify consumption anomalies and better plan the operation of energy-intensive devices. This is the highest level of optimization, where every hour of production and consumption is under constant control of an intelligent mathematical model. The algorithm created by Hombee analyzes not only the weather as a whole (it will be sunny), but precisely - accurate sunlight and historical data, creating a very accurate comparison of expected production vs. actual consumption in hourly intervals.

  65. 065

DC protection over long distances (PV-MPPT)

    Standard

When the distance between PV modules and MPPT requires long cable runs, we use an indirect security system in accordance with applicable legal requirements and standards.

    Why

Segmenting the route every 10 meters increases the fire safety of the building - in the event of an anomaly, energy is isolated within a specific segment. This is a solution used in professional industrial energy, which we implement as a home standard.

  66. 066

    Aesthetics of technical installation

    Standard

Construction of all visible sections of the water installation (e.g. approaches to filters, humidifiers, treatment stations) using stainless steel pipes and connectors (Inox).

    Why

In visible places, we give up plastics in favor of stainless steel. In addition to its obvious aesthetic values, Inox steel is characterized by the highest hygiene (no biofilm deposits), zero oxygen permeability and resistance to mechanical damage.

  67. 067

    3D hydraulic design and simulation

    Standard

Creating a full 3D model of the sanitary installation before the implementation stage, including flow simulation and aeration parameters of the risers.

    Why

The digital model allows you to avoid collisions with other installations and optimize system operation. Aeration simulation guarantees that there will never be a negative pressure in the installation that will suck water out of the siphons (which is the cause of unpleasant odors). Precise planning of slopes and approaches in 3D translates into failure-free sewage disposal and perfect cooperation with the building's architecture.

  68. 068

    Monolithic CLT construction (60–120 mm)

    Standard

The walls and ceilings of the building are made of cross-laminated timber (CLT) panels with a thickness of 60 to 120 mm, produced in Europe.

    Why

The cross arrangement (layers of boards glued alternately at an angle of 90 degrees) physically blocks the natural movement of wood, eliminating shrinkage and swelling. Thanks to this, we obtain a partition with dimensional stability and load-bearing capacity comparable to concrete, but with a much lower own weight. The massive structure (up to 120 mm thick) ensures excellent building stiffness.

  69. 069

    Profile-free cork expansion joints

    Standard

The use of profile-free expansion joints made of natural cork in places where the wooden floor meets other coverings and in door passages, eliminating the need to install metal threshold strips.

    Why

Every wooden floor, even layered, needs a minimum of space for natural movement under the influence of changes in humidity. Classic solutions mask these gaps with metal or plastic T-profiles. However, these strips stick out from the surface, disturbing the floor line. The expansion plug allows you to connect different materials in one plane. It is characterized by great flexibility - under the pressure of expanding wood, it naturally compresses, and when the floor contracts, it returns to its original volume. Unlike silicone or acrylic joints, the cork does not peel off from the edges of the boards, does not crumble and does not dry out over the years.

  70. 070

Automatic drop seals and insulation of the space under the door

    Standard

The use of mechanical drop seals, built into the lower edge of the door leaf, automatically extending when the door is closed.

    Why

The use of a drop seal allows you to maintain a smooth, uniform floor throughout the house, while solving the problem of insulation. The operating mechanism is simple and reliable: when closing the door, a pin hidden on the side presses against the frame, which causes the flexible seal to silently lower itself to the floor. In practice, this means tightly sealing off sounds from the corridor, blocking odors (e.g. from the bathroom or kitchen) and eliminating drafts. The problem of light streaks from other rooms also disappears, which is especially important in the bedroom. When opening the door, the mechanism hides the seal back in the door leaf, so it does not scrape the floor or damage its surface.

  71. 071

    Air tightness of the partition

    Standard

The full, multi-layer structure of CLT panels ensures natural air tightness of the partition itself.

    Why

Unlike traditional brick or frame walls, which require complicated sealing with foils, a CLT board (if the joints are properly sealed) is a barrier to uncontrolled air drafts. This eliminates heat losses resulting from leaks and the risk of moisture in the insulation inside the wall, which is crucial for the building's energy efficiency and maintaining a healthy microclimate inside the house.

  72. 072

Certified structural connectors and stainless steel assembly of details

    Standard

Structure elements connected with galvanized screws with European Technical Approval (confirmed durability - 50 years). Non-structural elements attached only with stainless steel connectors or pins.

    Why

Certified elements guarantee that the building's full strength parameters will be maintained for at least half a century. The use of stainless steel in the finishing eliminates the risk of contact corrosion, preventing the formation of rust stains on wooden elements.

  73. 073

    Sauna accessories

    Standard

A set of equipment from the Estonian brand KOLO, including: a bucket, a ladle, a thermometer and a hygrometer.

    Why

We deliver the sauna complete, ready to start on the day of delivery. The choice of KOLO accessories is dictated by the properties of the materials: anodized aluminum is completely resistant to corrosion and moisture, which guarantees long-term durability. The wooden elements of the handles act as a thermal insulator, protecting the user against burns when pouring stones.

  74. 074

Power buses for EV charging infrastructure

    Standard

Connecting dedicated power supply circuits to electric vehicle charging stations (EVSE) using cables with a minimum cross-section of 5x6 mm2.

    Why

The cross-section of 6 mm2 ensures high current carrying capacity while maintaining minimal voltage drops, which is crucial during long-term charging with high power (e.g. 11 kW or 22 kW). This minimizes energy losses during transmission and prevents excessive heating of the installation during continuous operation, which directly affects the fire safety of the facility.

  75. 075

    Serrated grounding washers

    Standard

The grounding is attached to the module frames using stainless steel fan washers.

    Why

The teeth of the fan washer mechanically pierce the hard oxide layer (anodization) on the aluminum frame. This creates a permanent metallic (galvanic) connection, necessary for effective discharge of electric charges.

  76. 076

    Draining condensate outside the gutter

    Standard

Condensate from the roof membrane is directed outside the gutter (under the gutter).

    Why

This solution makes the patency of the ventilation gap independent of the condition of the gutter. It provides ventilation of the slope even when the gutter is completely filled with ice or snow, which protects the structure against moisture in winter.

  77. 077

    Local connection priority

    Standard

By default, the system communicates with devices directly in the local network (LAN), treating the cloud connection (via the Internet) only as an option for remote access.

    Why

Eliminating the signal path through external servers makes the response to a click immediate (faster than via the Internet), limited only by the speed of light in the home router. If you do not want data about your home to go outside, you can disconnect from the Internet, maintaining full control functionality, and your data remains in your home. This is a tribute to "Privacy Focused" users.

  78. 078

Stress bridging and impact damping of the floor

    Standard

The use of a specialized cutting-off and damping (compensating) mat. 3 mm, mounted flexibly directly between the substructure and the actual sandwich board.

    Why

Without proper insulation, the substructure of the board itself could act as a sound box, transmitting noise to adjacent rooms. The damping mat effectively cuts off these vibrations, dampening sounds directly under the floor by approximately 14 dB, which ensures increased acoustic comfort. The second task of this layer is to protect against stress. Gluing the boards directly to the substructure could result in shearing of the adhesive joint. The compensation mat acts as a flexible connector - it separates the wear layer of the floor from the movements of the building structure, ensuring that the floor does not crack, does not peel off and remains stable for years.

  79. 079

    Protection against insects and rodents

    Standard

Anti-insect protection of the sauna with a stainless steel mesh guarantees resistance to corrosion in a humid environment.

    Why

Stainless steel guarantees complete resistance to corrosion in a humid environment, maintaining continuous protection for years. The fine gradation of the meshes creates a mechanical barrier for insects, which also effectively cuts off the path of rodents.

  80. 080

Flammability class A and Broof t1 certificate

    Standard

The modules have the highest Flammability Class A and the Broof (t1) certificate.

    Why

Replacing the flammable material (backsheet) with a glass pane means that the module does not support fire. This structure prevents the spread of fire on the roof and protects the building against external fire (e.g. from sparks), meeting stringent fire safety standards.

  81. 081

Trough ventilation and thermal imaging audit

    Standard

We strictly follow the rules of cabling ventilation, and its arrangement in steel trays allows air to flow and prevents the wires from overheating.

    Why

The current flowing through the cables generates heat - if the cables are arranged in a tight "braid", their temperature increases, which shortens the life of the insulation and increases energy loss. We allow the installation to "breathe", and by performing a thermal inspection, we make sure that each terminal and cable operates at the optimal temperature.

  82. 082

Dynamic final pressure regulation and protection

    Standard

Installation of regulatory fittings enabling individual adjustment of water pressure for specific groups of receivers.

    Why

Different end devices (washing machines, dishwashers, filtration systems) have different tolerances to the supply pressure. Excessive pressure shortens the life of seals and solenoid valves in household appliances. Thanks to the manifold installation, we can adjust the pressure to protect the devices while providing a strong stream of water where it is desired. This prevents failures, has a positive effect on the comfort of use and extends the life of the devices.

  83. 083

    CLT wood structure (100 mm)

    Standard

The supporting structure (walls and ceiling) is made as a monolith of 5-layer cross-glued boards (CLT) with a thickness of 100 mm. An industrial, waterproof structural binder (MUF) is used to connect the layers.

    Why

Natural wood is always "working" - it wants to bend and shrink due to changes in humidity and temperature. The cross system (layers arranged alternately vertically and horizontally) is a physical block to this process. It works on the principle of "wrestling": when one layer tries to shrink, the neighboring one (placed crosswise) holds it. The forces are zero and the wood is transformed from a "living" material into a stable slab with the mechanical characteristics of reinforced concrete. The monolith obtained in this way is completely dimensionally stable, does not settle or crack, and the industrial binder used is stronger than the wood itself. When exposed to fire, the partition remains fully predictable - it undergoes a pyrolysis process at a constant speed of approximately 0.7 mm/min, creating a carbonized insulating shield that cuts off the flow of oxygen to the core and maintains the load-bearing capacity of the structure.

  84. 084

    Grass Sensomatic electromechanical opening support

    Standard

The use of an electromechanical opening support system in handleless systems, activated by pressure on any point of the front surface.

    Why

The electric motor takes over the energy needed to break the inertia of the loaded drawer, ensuring a smooth and repeatable movement to open the drawer or cabinet. Unlike mechanical push-to-open systems, the electromechanical drive generates a constant pushing force regardless of the weight of the load or the door leaf, and also allows for collision-free coupling of the drawer with hydraulic silent closing brakes. The system also has a built-in sensor that detects physical resistance (e.g. a person standing in the movement path) and immediately stops the mechanism, ensuring full safety of use, especially for children and animals.

  85. 085

Sterility and hygiene of ventilation ducts (40 mm)

    Standard

The interior of the ventilation ducts is finished with a reinforced glass fiber layer with bacteriostatic properties (Ursa Air product).

    Why

The internal coating is resistant to the penetration of dirt and physically prevents the development of fungi and bacterial colonies in the canal structure (in accordance with the PN-EN 13403 standard). Thanks to this, the air supplied to the rooms is constantly biologically clean and safe for allergy sufferers, unlike solutions in which accumulating moisture becomes a breeding ground for microorganisms.

  86. 086

    Dedicated electrode humidifier

    Standard

The ventilation system is equipped with a high-performance electrode humidifier module (measured in kg of steam/h), selected with a significant power reserve relative to the building's volume.

    Why

The market standard is heat recovery without humidification, which in winter leads to drastic dryness of the air (even below 20%). Thanks to its excess power, the humidifier is able to maintain a set, healthy microclimate (40-60% humidity) even on the frostiest days when the outside air is extremely dry. Electrode product produces sterile steam, which eliminates the risk of bacterial growth. At the investor's request, we use an advanced ultrasonic humidifier, powered by water treated in the reverse osmosis process (implementation is much more expensive - it requires, among others, a water treatment plant, but consumes ~90% less electricity than an electrode humidifier).

  87. 087

Bodies and fronts made of sandwich panels

    Standard

Construction of furniture bodies and kitchen fronts based on laminated wooden boards

    Why

The kitchen environment is characterized by constant exposure to hot steam impacts. Cross-laying and gluing subsequent wood veneers (layers) neutralizes the natural stresses of the raw material, which prevents the fronts from bending and warping. The compact, multi-layer structure is characterized by a higher density than chipboard/MDF, which ensures solid mounting of the screws securing the fittings. This eliminates the common problem of doors falling down and hinges being torn out of the body.

  88. 088

Environmental resistance and corrosion class C4-N

    Standard

Our offer includes RACK cabinets with IP55 protection and C4-N anti-corrosion protection (in accordance with the ISO 12944 standard).

    Why

These parameters allow the installation of an energy storage both inside and outside the building. Class C4-N guarantees high resistance to rusting even in industrial and marine environments with high corrosive aggressiveness (resistance to salt mist). This ensures many years of operation of the cabinet, while standard ventilation maintains the optimal operating temperature of the warehouses, which directly translates into their longer life.

  89. 089

Processing of planed and chamfered wood

    Standard

Each wooden element is planed on four sides and its edges are chamfered.

    Why

A smooth surface makes ignition difficult because the flame "slides" over the material without finding an attachment point (fibers). Additionally, planing closes the pores of the wood, increasing its resistance to moisture absorption.

  90. 090

    Aesthetics of the installation

    Standard

In places where the installation remains visible, we replace flexible conduits with rigid electrical installation pipes with similar mechanical strength.

    Why

Due to their corrugated structure, conduits tend to bend at the joints and handles, which may look unsightly. Smooth electrical installation pipes allow you to maintain perfectly straight lines and an aesthetic appearance of the installation.

  91. 091

Sealing and acoustics of door frames (EPDM)

    Standard

The use of system peripheral seals made of synthetic EPDM rubber, mounted in door frame sockets.

    Why

Commonly used foam or PVC seals quickly lose their elasticity under pressure - they harden, crumble and permanently deform, as a result of which the door begins to crack and leak sounds. EPDM rubber is characterized by excellent "shape memory". This means that even after thousands of closing cycles, the seal returns to its original form, tightly filling the space between the door leaf and the frame, creating an effective acoustic barrier. Additionally, this material perfectly absorbs the moment of closing the door, making it close softly and silently.

  92. 092

    EPDM membranes in diaphragm vessels

    Standard

Use of expansion vessels equipped with replaceable or permanent membranes made of EPDM elastomer.

    Why

EPDM shows much higher resistance to thermal aging, oxidation and cyclic mechanical stress compared to standard butyl rubber. This membrane does not swell and remains flexible in a wide temperature range, which prevents frequent failures resulting from the airbag "escaping". This translates into stable operation of the heating and sanitary installations without the need to frequently pump up the vessels.

  93. 093

    Optional login

    Standard

Creating an account and logging in to the application is voluntary - the user can configure the connection with Home Assistant integration and control the home without logging in to our servers.

    Why

When the user wants to limit data that goes beyond the local sphere as much as possible, he can use the "without logging in" mode. As part of it, login data to the control panel (Home Assistant) never leaves the device and the local network. The lack of an account only limits functionalities that require external infrastructure (e.g. AI chat, settings synchronization), which is necessary to protect our servers against abuse, but does not affect the basic home control function.

  94. 094

Multifunctional oven with active steam generator, thermoprobe and smart integration

    Standard

The use of a built-in oven combining classic convection with controlled steam injection and an integrated core temperature sensor (thermal probe). We constantly monitor the market and update the equipment, selecting the most modern models in the same or higher technological class.

    Why

Traditional convection baking is based on the circulation of dry air, which quickly and aggressively extracts moisture from food. Equipping the oven with an active steam generator changes the thermodynamics of the process, and the controlled humidity in the chamber prevents the evaporation of juices, protecting the food from drying out, and in the case of baked goods - delays the hardening of the outer crust, allowing the dough to rise fully. The thermal capacity of water vapor shortens the processing time, which allows you to retain much more vitamins and nutrients. The thermocouple frees the user from the need to monitor the baking time - the device turns off the heaters automatically when the interior of the food reaches the ideal, set temperature.

  95. 095

    Painted stainless steel bands

    Standard

Only stainless steel cable ties (black painted) are used in auxiliary areas.

    Why

Steel is a material completely resistant to UV radiation and temperature changes. Unlike plastic ties, which crumble after a few seasons, steel guarantees that cable bundles will not fall on the roof covering throughout the entire service life.

  96. 096

    Aesthetics of flush panels

    Standard

The use of steel Omnires flush buttons, aesthetically identical to other sanitary fittings.

    Why

The use of stainless steel instead of commonly used plastics eliminates the risk of decorative coatings wearing off when touched and causing permanent surface scratches. Unifying the coatings with the bodies of other bathroom faucets prevents any discrepancies in aesthetics, creating a coherent material structure throughout the room.

  97. 097

European warranty of 30 years on product and performance

    Standard

30-year product and performance warranty (min. 90%), provided by an EU manufacturer.

    Why

The guarantee is based on European consumer law, which ensures its real enforceability. The long protection period (3 decades) is due to the durability of the glass-glass structure, confirmed by tests, which does not age under the influence of UV and moisture.

  98. 098

Modular switchboards (DIN + RACK + Alarm)

    Standard

We use modular system switchboards which, in addition to standard DIN rails for electrical equipment, have dedicated RACK segments and sections for alarm systems.

    Why

Instead of mounting three separate boxes on the wall, we use one modular switchgear. Modularity allows us to configure segments for a specific investment, which is much cheaper and faster than ordering custom-made wardrobes. All cables - from power to signal and IT - come together in one tidy place, which facilitates service and subsequent expansion.

  99. 099

    Connection and cooperation with installers

    Standard

Option of providing the electrical connection by Hombee or providing complete technical documentation to external contractors.

    Why

This solution provides investment flexibility. The investor can choose between a turnkey service or integration of the sauna by its own specialists (e.g. Smart Home systems). Providing documentation guarantees that external electricians have all the data necessary to properly connect the device to the home network.

  100. 100

    Laser leveling and point encapsulation

    Standard

Determining the assembly axes of boxes and electrical points using laser levels with an accuracy of 1 mm and the use of boxes with increased tightness.

    Why

Laser leveling guarantees perfect geometry and symmetry of end equipment, which is crucial for the aesthetics of interiors. The tight design of the boxes prevents the penetration of cement laitance into the interior during concrete vibration or machine plastering. This protects the mounting threads and the cleanliness of the chamber, which significantly speeds up the process of final installation of the equipment and ensures its stable installation.

  101. 101

    Anti-corrosion hidden installation of boards

    Standard

Boards installed in a hidden system using polymer connectors and class A2 or C2 stainless steel screws.

    Why

The use of polymers and the appropriate class of steel (selected to the climatic conditions) eliminates the risk of corrosion of the assembly system, ensuring the durability of the structure regardless of the aggressiveness of the environment. The lack of visible screws creates a minimalist design and prevents water from accumulating in the mounting holes.

  102. 102

Flexible mounting of glazing on spacers

    Standard

The glass is mounted in frames using a system of rubber seals and separation distances.

    Why

The spacers create a flexible buffer that allows the glass to "work" freely inside the steel frame without direct contact with the metal. This compensates for dimensional differences resulting from thermal expansion, protecting the pane against stress and cracking.

  103. 103

    Double standing seam product

    Standard

Prefalz aluminum tape is connected using double standing seam product.

    Why

Double bending of the sheet edges (360 and 90 degrees) creates a mechanically watertight connection that does not require seals. This makes it possible to cover roofs with a low angle of inclination with a guarantee of tightness, which is not possible with click systems.

    Reference standard

  104. 104

    Rubber thermal and anti-condensation insulation

    Standard

The use of flexible synthetic rubber laggings to insulate water installations. Installation of lagging using dedicated system chemicals - dedicated cleaning fluids and adhesives that permanently bond the edges of the lagging along the entire length of the installation.

    Why

Flexible rubber with a closed cell structure is characterized by extremely high resistance to water vapor diffusion. In the case of installations with cold water, it effectively eliminates the phenomenon of condensation. In turn, in heating and circulation installations, it significantly reduces heat energy losses on transmission sections. The use of system glue instead of ordinary tapes causes the joined edges to undergo chemical vulcanization, creating a monolithic, tight barrier without thermal bridges.

  105. 105

    Hydroinsulated, ventilated roof

    Standard

The roof structure is based on a CLT board with a ventilation expansion joint made of KVH C24 counter battens. The top covering is made of waterproof Paged birch plywood, 21 mm thick, covered with the Resitrix SK W hybrid EPDM membrane on FG 35 ground.

    Why

The 100 mm thick CLT board creates a massive, stable ceiling, and the use of certified KVH C24 wood creates a key ventilation space between the CLT board and the plywood - air circulation in this zone effectively removes condensation moisture, protecting the structure against biological degradation. Waterproof plywood is a perfectly even base for the Resitrix membrane (a combination of EPDM and bitumen), which guarantees the tightness and flexibility of the roof regardless of weather conditions.

  106. 106

Active support for connection and charging from the network

    Standard

The system allows charging energy storage not only from solar panels, but also directly from the power grid, and inverters can support the home installation in the event of too little power allocation from the operator.

    Why

This solution is for people with a relatively smaller connection. If the operator allows you to download only 10 kW and there is a need to turn on a 20 kW device, the system will immediately download the missing power from the energy storage. During winter periods or when dynamic prices are favorable, it is possible to charge energy storage with cheap electricity from the grid at night and use it during the day, making the house an active player on the energy market, rather than a passive recipient.

  107. 107

    Active alerts

    Standard

Notifications (e.g. "Garage door open") are not just text information, but an interactive panel enabling reaction.

    Why

The alert itself, which only informs about the status of the home or device, is not ergonomic - the ability to react to the received notification is crucial. If the user, after leaving home, receives an alert about an open gate, one click solves the situation (in this case - closes the gate).

  108. 108

    Hybrid ribbed ceilings

    Standard

In the case of spans of elements without intermediate supports, we use system rib panels, which are a factory connection of the CLT board with Glulam ribs.

    Why

This solution combines the advantages of both technologies, creating a rigid element with a "T" or box-shaped section. This allows the construction of ceilings with a span significantly exceeding 6-7 meters while maintaining slenderness and using less material than in the case of a solid slab. An additional benefit is the creation of a natural installation space between the ribs, which can be used to hide ventilation, installations or insulation.

  109. 109

    Three-stage air filtration (M5, F9, HEPA H13)

    Standard

The air is purified by a set of three independent filters with increasing density: from class M5 (pollen), through F9 (smog/PM2.5 dust), to the sterilizing HEPA H13 filter. Accurate monitoring of filter wear thanks to pressure switches (measuring air pressure before and after the filter).

    Why

The cascade system means that the pre-filter protects further fine filters against rapid clogging, which, in combination with the HEPA filter (used, among others, in operating rooms), allows it to capture almost 100% of contaminants, including viruses and bacteria. Moving away from the replacement schedule in favor of pressure measurement means that we replace the filter only when there is a real need. The ability to remove some of the inserts (e.g. in summer, when there is no smog) gives the user control over operating costs.

    Smart folders and group actions

    Standard

The application allows you to organize devices into folders, and the system recognizes their content - if the folder contains devices of the same type (e.g. only blinds or only lights), a "Quick action" is automatically generated for the entire group.

    Why

This allows you to quickly manage entire zones with one click. Instead of closing each of the 8 roller shutters on the ground floor separately, it is possible to issue one command instead of eight separate ones.

  111. 111

A constantly updated selection of heat pumps

    Standard

We qualify the latest units for the Hombee offer, constantly monitoring the market and updating the devices with more modern solutions. Selected units are characterized by the highest energy class A+++, a high SCOP index above 5.0 and the ability to operate stably and efficiently at extreme outdoor temperatures.

    Why

SCOP (Seasonal COP) remains key - average efficiency throughout the heating season. A SCOP coefficient of 5.0 means that from 1 kW of electricity consumed, the device produces on average 5 kW of thermal energy (so as much as 4 kW of heat is extracted from the air). By constantly updating our offer with the latest models and advanced low-temperature operating parameters, we provide a highly efficient (thermally and economically) heat source, fully resistant to harsh winter conditions.

  112. 112

Shadowless, linear LED lighting for countertops and storage areas

    Standard

Linear LED lighting illuminating worktops and the interior of deep cabinet spaces, characterized by a color rendering index CRI \> 90 with the function of smooth color temperature regulation. LED strips are compatible with the Hombee Smart system.

    Why

The use of diodes with a CRI (Color Rendering Index) exceeding 90 points is important for work and utility areas. This parameter determines - on a scale of 100 - how faithfully the artificial light source reproduces real colors compared to ideal sunlight. The value \>90 guarantees authentic, saturated colors.

  113. 113

Elements made of glued Glulam wood

    Standard

All narrow elements are made of glued laminated wood (Glulam), instead of solid wood.

    Why

Gluing dried lamellas eliminates natural internal stresses, guaranteeing dimensional stability that is impossible to obtain in solid wood. This material has a much higher resistance to cracking and deformation under load, which allows the use of slimmer cross-sections while maintaining maximum aesthetics and strength.

  114. 114

    System aluminum handles

    Standard

System aluminum handles are used, painted in the color of the roof covering.

    Why

Aluminum is the same material as the roof covering (Prefa/Solrif), which eliminates electrochemical corrosion. Painting to match the color makes the lightning protection system a visually integral part of the roof, rather than an unsightly addition.

  115. 115

Ursa Air ventilation ducts (40 mm) with high acoustic properties

    Standard

The air distribution system is based on ducts with a thickness of 40 mm insulated with wool, the interior of which is lined with a specialized fiberglass knit.

    Why

The porous fabric allows sound waves to penetrate directly into the wool layer, which effectively disperses noise. Unlike rigid insulators (such as polystyrene or foam), wool does not transmit vibrations and does not resonate, which eliminates installation noise and ensures silence inside the rooms.

    Reference standard

  116. 116

    Tablet insertion tunnel

    Standard

Using frames with a factory insertion tunnel, enabling the application of hygiene cubes directly into the cistern through the inspection hole under the button.

    Why

Traditional plastic hangers are unsightly, encourage the accumulation of bacterial deposits and may mechanically damage the enamel of the bowl. The hidden tablet application system in TECE frames allows you to maintain hygienic purity of water without interfering with the aesthetics of the interior and without the need to remove the button using tools.

  117. 117

    Full design documentation and consultations

    Standard

The basis of each implementation is a complete electrical design and detailed design (PW).

    Why

The detailed design is a detailed manual that ensures that every cable and protection is where it should be according to engineering calculations. Thanks to the transparency of the process and consultations between Hombee and the investor, it has a real impact on the final shape of the installation before the team starts drilling the first hole.

  118. 118

    Security of installation infrastructure

    Standard

Use of system protective caps on all open ends of steel load-bearing profiles and cut threaded rods in suspended ventilation and air-conditioning infrastructure.

    Why

Mechanical cutting of steel profiles and load-bearing bars leaves sharp, dangerous edges. The systemic closure of these points eliminates the risk of injuries to technicians during possible maintenance work (e.g. when replacing filters or inspecting dampers), prevents accidental abrasion of cable insulation and protects raw cutting places (where the factory zinc coating has been damaged), cutting off access to moisture from the air.

  119. 119

    Pads stabilizing the structure

    Standard

Special stabilizing washers are used for the screws between the batten and the counter batten.

    Why

Washers fill the space between the wood and the adjustment screw, providing physical support for the batten. This stiffens the structure and prevents the roof from settling under snow or wind loads.

  120. 120

    High surface heat exchangers

    Standard

The size of the headquarters results from, among others, from the use of a set of fans and two independent, high-surface heat exchangers: the first for heat recovery (air-air) and the second for cooperation with the heat pump (refrigerant-air).

    Why

The exchanger surface is intentionally oversized in relation to the heat pump's power. The exchanger with a large surface area receives almost all the energy from the heat pump medium, thanks to which the medium returning to the heat pump is energetically "empty", which significantly facilitates its recharging and reduces the power consumption of the heat pump. Additionally, such a large contact surface in the recuperation section allows for real heat recovery of ~96%, which is physically impossible in compact units.

  121. 121

    Full Black aesthetics

    Standard

The modules are made in deep black with completely invisible conductive paths (busbars).

    Why

This allows you to achieve the effect of a uniform "glass pane", which is the essence of modern design. By hiding the technical elements, the module ceases to look like a device and becomes an elegant finishing material. This universal combination of glass and black goes perfectly with any roof and facade material (wood, stone, plaster), increasing the prestige of the entire building.

  122. 122

    Adaptive memory

    Standard

The assistant learns the structure of the house and the preferences of the residents, remembering key facts (e.g. names of household members, room assignments, favorite settings).

    Why

This enables natural communication, e.g. handling the command "Turn off the light in Kasia's room". The goal is to create a conversational interface that resembles a conversation with a household member, rather than issuing commands to a machine. The system understands the social and functional context of the house, which simplifies control and makes it more intuitive.

  123. 123

Ultra-thin, steel Grass Vionaro V8 drawers

    Standard

Use of a drawer system with 8-mm solid steel sides mounted on highly dynamic guides.

    Why

The solid steel construction allows you to reduce the thickness of the sides, which increases the internal storage area by almost 15% while maintaining the stiffness of the frame (no deforming plastic railings). High dynamic load capacity ensures that a fully loaded drawer slides out perfectly smoothly, does not fall when fully open, and that the support bearings do not prematurely seize or degrade despite tens of thousands of opening and closing cycles.

  124. 124

Seismic resistance and lightness of the structure

    Standard

A building made using CLT product is characterized by a lower self-weight than reinforced concrete, while maintaining extreme stiffness and resistance to shear forces.

    Why

The combination of the lightness of the material with its high strength and flexibility makes the building perfectly resistant to dynamic loads, such as ground vibrations or strong winds. The structure does not crack under stress as easily as rigid walls, which ensures the highest level of structural safety, confirmed by seismic certificates.

  125. 125

    Waterproof compact tops 12 mm

    Standard

The use of ultra-thin (12 mm), self-supporting Kronospan Slim Line worktops with an integrated, homogeneous core colored in the mass.

    Why

Traditional kitchen countertops are based on porous chipboard, which swells irreversibly under the influence of moisture. The Slim Line compact countertop is made of dozens of layers pressed under extreme pressure, which makes it structurally waterproof throughout its entire cross-section, making it possible to use suspended sinks. This solution eliminates protruding edges of the chamber and joints where moisture and mold accumulate. The flush working surface allows for more thorough and sterile cleaning, allowing water, crumbs and leftovers to be scooped directly into the washing chamber.

  126. 126

    UV lamp sterilization section

    Standard

The supplied air, after passing through the filters, is subjected to an exposure process in a dedicated section equipped with a UV-C germicidal lamp.

    Why

This is a solution taken directly from the product of operating rooms - while traditional filters stop physical pollutants (dust, smog), UV light physically destroys DNA/RNA chains of viruses, bacteria and fungal spores that are too small to stay on the non-woven fabric. This ensures the biological sterility of the blown air, protecting the health of household members to an extent unattainable for standard recuperators available on the market.

  127. 127

    Dual-environment cabling certification (AC/DC)

    Standard

All cables used in the system have insulation certified for operation with both alternating and direct current.

    Why

Direct current affects insulation in a different way than alternating current (including through polarization phenomena and other dielectric loads). The use of universal cables with full AC/DC certification guarantees that the protective parameters of the cables will be maintained throughout the life of the building, regardless of the nature of the energy flowing in them.

  128. 128

    Invisible cable routes

    Standard

Cables are routed inside routes drilled in CLT wood, and the hermetic distribution box is hidden in the floor inspection area.

    Why

Hiding cable routes inside the wall allows you to maintain the minimalist aesthetics of wood without visible trays or cables. Placing the switchgear under the floor provides easy service access without disturbing the visual harmony of the sauna interior with doors on the walls.

  129. 129

    4K TV with Smart integration

    Standard

Installation of a 4K TV (min. 144 Hz refresh rate, multi-zone backlight), integrated with the Smart system. We constantly monitor the market, updating our offer with models of a similar or higher class.

    Why

The advanced matrix and multi-zone backlight ensure perfect black and image depth, and native network integration allows you to seamlessly control the TV directly from the smart building logic, completely eliminating the need to use and search for additional remote controls.

  130. 130

    KVH C24 kiln-dried wood

    Standard

The structure is made of certified KVH C24 wood, dried in chambers to a humidity of approx. 15%.

    Why

The thermal drying process denatures the proteins in the wood and kills spores, making the material unattractive to insects and fungi without the use of chemicals. Dried wood is also dimensionally stable (does not twist), which is crucial for the roof geometry.

  131. 131

Certification and validation of transmission paths

    Standard

Performing full certification of structured cabling according to ISO/IEC 11801 using calibrated network analyzers.

    Why

We verify not only the galvanic continuity of connections, but above all, transmission parameters such as attenuation, crosstalk (NEXT/FEXT) and shielding integrity. This guarantees that the installed path meets the stringent requirements of its category (e.g. Cat 6a or 7) and ensures error-free 10 Gb/s data transfer without packet losses caused by electromagnetic interference.

  132. 132

    Aluminum grilles with independent regulation

    Standard

We use grilles made of aluminum, powder-coated in any color chosen by the customer, equipped with a system for independent regulation of air direction and flow.

    Why

This solution separates the function of controlling the flow (direction) from its throttling (quantity). Unlike standard single-row grilles, where changing the angle of the blinds simultaneously chokes the flow, our solution allows you to precisely direct the air away from users (e.g. bypassing the sofa), while maintaining full ventilation efficiency in the room. Aluminum and powder varnish guarantee that this element will never corrode, and the possibility of selecting the color allows the installation to fit into the interior design.

  133. 133

Washing machine with inverter drive, auto-dosing and smart integration

    Standard

Installation of a washing machine in the highest energy efficiency class (A), equipped with a brushless inverter motor, a sensory automatic detergent dosing system and a Smart communication module. We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with the most modern models in the same or higher technological class.

    Why

The use of a brushless (inverter) drive without traditional friction elements reduces noise and vibration emissions during high spinning speeds, ensuring reliable operation of the system for years. The integrated, weighing auto-dosing system independently analyzes the load weight and measures the appropriate amount of detergent, which does not burden the clothes with excess detergent and the device - with excess rinse cycles.

  134. 134

Adaptation to the plot and foundation guidelines

    Standard

Consultations on the location of the facility, including the possibility of creating a mirror image sauna. The package includes complete technical drawings of the structure and detailed construction guidelines for the foundations.

    Why

The left- or right-hand configuration allows you to flexibly adjust the functional layout (door opening direction, glazing exposure) to the specific terrain and cardinal directions, which is often crucial for maintaining privacy or obtaining an appropriate view. Providing full technical documentation is an essential instruction for local construction teams preparing the subfloor (in the case of foundations outside the Hombee offer), eliminating the risk of dimensional errors before module delivery.

  135. 135

    Thermal wood floor (Thermowood)

    Standard

The use of a profiled board subjected to thermal modification in the Thermo-D durability class

    Why

The thermal treatment process at high temperatures degrades sugars and changes the cellular structure of wood, drastically reducing its water absorption (hygroscopicity). This ensures dimensional stability (no swelling or shrinkage) and makes the floor resistant to the development of fungi and molds in the demanding sauna microclimate without the need for chemical impregnation.

  136. 136

P-type cable clamps with EPDM insert

    Standard

The cables are fastened using steel "P" clamps lined with EPDM rubber, screwed with stainless screws.

    Why

The EPDM rubber acts as a shock-absorbing cushion that stabilizes the cable without crushing the insulation. Steel clamps with insert prevent the cable jacket from rubbing against the metal holder during thermal movements of the installation.

  137. 137

    Architectural integration of built-in wardrobes

    Standard

The use of cabinets integrated with the architecture of recesses and/or side walls. The fronts and visible elements are made of massive cross-laminated wood (CLT) - the same material used in other elements of the equipment (e.g. bed frames).

    Why

The architectural fit of the structure and its flushness with the walls makes the furniture a natural element of the interior's aesthetics and its continuity. The use of CLT panels is crucial here on two levels. Aesthetically, using the same natural wood throughout the house creates visual consistency. From an engineering point of view, the multi-layer structure of CLT resists the natural stresses of the raw material. In everyday use, this means that even large and heavy cabinet doors maintain dimensional stability - they do not bend or warp over the years and always fit precisely to the body.

  138. 138

    Specialized DC isolation switches

    Standard

To disconnect photovoltaic and battery circuits, we use only dedicated isolating switches, certified to work with direct current.

    Why

The DC electric arc created during disconnection under load is extremely persistent and difficult to extinguish. Using a regular AC disconnect switch in a DC circuit may cause a permanent arc to occur, which in turn leads to melting of the protection. Our disconnectors are equipped with special (arc) extinguishing chambers and quick interrupt mechanisms that physically "break" and extinguish the arc in a fraction of a second.

  139. 139

Grooving and conduit system in brick walls

    Standard

In buildings constructed using traditional product, all cable routes are furrowed and run in concealed conduits. We refrain from laying cables directly under the plaster.

    Why

This guarantees full serviceability of the house without damaging the finished interiors. Thanks to running the cables in conduits, in case of damage to the core or if you want to modernize it, simply unscrew the socket and pull a new cable. This reduces the costs of possible repairs and allows for non-invasive technological updating of cable installations.

  140. 140

System solutions for difficult substrates and thermal insulation

    Standard

The use of dedicated installation boxes for wooden structures and specialized thermal insulation boxes with a mechanical anchoring system in the load-bearing substrate.

    Why

Wooden boxes have an appropriate fire resistance class, preventing the spread of fire inside the building frame. In addition, they eliminate thermal bridges, preventing heat from escaping and water vapor condensing. Additionally, load-bearing systems transfer the weight of the installed devices (cameras, lamps, power sockets) directly to the wall, and not to the insulation layer. This prevents the accessories from loosening, devices from "hanging" and mechanical damage to the structure of the facade plaster.

  141. 141

    Stainless steel hot water tanks

    Standard

The use of capacitive water heaters made of stainless steel with 50 mm thick thermal insulation, fully integrated with the Smart Home system and photovoltaics.

    Why

Stainless steel eliminates the problem of cracking enamel. Traditional enamelled tanks undergo micro-cracks due to thermal expansion, which leads to corrosion. Inox steel is flexible and durable. The use of 50 mm insulation (vs. 20-30 mm of the market standard) drastically reduces energy losses. Thanks to integration with Smart Home, the tank serves as a thermal energy store, using surplus electricity from PV to superheat water, which optimizes energy consumption.

  142. 142

    Slotted floor ventilation system

    Standard

Floorboards installed with constant, open gaps of approx. 2 mm across the entire floor surface.

    Why

System floor joints force an even, laminar inflow of fresh air over the entire surface (no dead zones). Diffused ventilation eliminates the discomfort of spot "cold breezes", and continuous oxygen exchange allows for full, hour-long sessions without the effect of shortness of breath and fatigue (typical of thermos saunas).

  143. 143

Extended service life and C-Rate parameters

    Standard

The energy storage is characterized by a high coefficient of 1C (full charge/discharge in an hour) and a peak current of up to 200 A (2C), and to maximize durability, we standardly limit the operating current to 0.7C.

    Why

Even though the cells are designed to operate at full 1C power for over 6,000 cycles, our setting of the factor to 0.7C reduces thermal and chemical stress inside the cells. This allows you to actually exceed the declared service life parameters, while maintaining the possibility of momentary power consumption at the level of 2C (200 A), ensuring the stability of the home power supply in island mode without the risk of damaging the battery. As standard, the warehouses are covered by a 10-year warranty for maintaining at least 70% of primary efficiency.

  144. 144

    Vertical staple installation

    Standard

Stainless steel staples securing the membrane are driven along the counter battens (vertically).

    Why

The vertical orientation of the staples does not prevent water from flowing down the membrane. This eliminates the risk of moisture retaining on the connectors, which could lead to local leaks.

  145. 145

Acoustic insulation of the control panel (50 mm)

    Standard

The control panel casing is filled with a 5 cm thick layer of mineral wool, and the device operates in the noise range of 20–73 dB(A).

    Why

A thick layer of wool effectively absorbs the noise generated by fans. The lower volume limit (20 dB) is quieter than a human whisper, while the upper limit (73 dB), achieved only in the maximum ventilation mode, corresponds to the volume of a working vacuum cleaner. The acoustic insulation of the housing limits this noise, "locking" it inside the device and not transferring it to the building structure.

  146. 146

UV stabilization of conduit and pipe arrays

    Standard

All conduits used are stabilized against UV radiation, with certified resistance to external exposure for up to 10 years. This rule applies even inside the building and in closed spaces.

    Why

Months often pass from the moment the cables are laid until they are finally covered (e.g. with a screed). Even in its raw, closed state, UV rays entering through windows degrade ordinary plastic, making it brittle and brittle. By using UV-resistant conduits, we can be sure that the pipe will maintain its flexibility and protective parameters, regardless of how long the installation will take to be "covered".

  147. 147

    16 mm² ground wire

    Standard

The main grounding bus is made of 16 mm² copper wire with a UV-resistant coating.

    Why

The cross-section of 16 mm² provides sufficient current capacity to safely dissipate the energy of a direct lightning discharge. Wires with a smaller cross-section may melt under the influence of a current surge, interrupting the continuity of protection.

  148. 148

    Cradle to Cradle GOLD certificate

    Standard

The modules are Cradle to Cradle certified at the GOLD level.

    Why

This certificate confirms that the product is completely free of toxic substances (threaking health hazards) and is 98% recyclable. This guarantees that the materials used in production are safe for people and the environment throughout their life cycle.

  149. 149

    Original incremental algorithm

    Standard

We have developed a unique method that allows the fatigue analysis algorithm to be used in incremental mode in real time - the system processes data on an ongoing basis, even at 1-minute intervals, instead of analyzing only historical sets.

    Why

While other systems require processing the entire data history to assess the battery condition, Hombee, thanks to its proprietary system, does it dynamically. This allows you to track warehouse consumption in real time and immediately include the current load in your depreciation calculations. This is the only method known to us on the market that provides such up-to-date insight into the technical and financial condition of energy and equipment resources.

  150. 150

    Monitoring and intelligent alerts

    Standard

The installation allows you to analyze the operating time of each circuit and detect anomalies or forgotten devices.

    Why

The star arrangement allows the Hombee system to detect that the socket to which the iron or straightener is usually connected is drawing electricity continuously for an hour. As a result, the user receives an alert in the Hombee Application about a detected anomaly and is able to remotely turn off the socket to which the "forgotten" device is connected.

  151. 151

Installation on movable and fixed hooks

    Standard

The cover is mounted on hidden hooks, including movable hooks.

    Why

Movable embroidery enables longitudinal thermal work of the sheet (expansion and contraction) without generating stress. This prevents waving of the covering and deformations that occur when long sheets are rigidly attached directly to the substrate.

  152. 152

    P.10 Coil-Coating paint coating

    Standard

The Prefa sheet is covered with a P.10 coating using Coil-Coating product (stove varnishing of the tape).

    Why

This process binds the paint to the metal at the tape production stage, giving the coating high flexibility. The paint does not crack or chip when forming and bending the edges, which is a common problem with powder-coated sheets after forming.

  153. 153

    Rockpanel boards in wet areas

    Standard

The use of SPC composite panels to finish the walls inside the bathroom, including the shower area.

    Why

The hard, mineral core of the panels guarantees their structural water resistance without swelling or deformation. The format of the material allows it to cover entire wet zones with a minimum number of joints. Such a homogeneous, hydrophobic surface simplifies daily maintenance of sterile cleanliness around the fittings, ensuring high durability and resistance to mechanical damage and scratches.

  154. 154

Advanced Analytics and Export Module (CSV)

    Standard

The user has access to an extensive analytical module that allows for independent selection of displayed parameters and export of historical data to external spreadsheets (in CSV format).

    Why

Providing the greatest possible transparency, the user is not limited to the charts within the application - he can download raw data to conduct his own independent analysis or maintain home energy documentation.

  155. 155

    Instant and comprehensive backup

    Standard

The emergency power system switches from on-grid to off-grid mode in less than 20 ms and powers the entire installation, not just the critical circuit.

    Why

The time of 20 ms is short enough that computers, servers or oven clocks do not reset during a power outage (and switching to power from storage). In the event of a network failure, the house continues to operate (with charged energy storage units) - with all devices and full comfort, without the need to designate a critical circuit.

  156. 156

    Optimization of spending on accessories

    Standard

In the Hombee Home collection, we use the TECE ecosystem as a standard that optimizes the costs of finishing accessories while maintaining the Premium standard.

    Why

On the installation market, a strategy of low frame prices and drastically inflated prices of visible accessories (buttons) is often encountered. While some manufacturers offer an aesthetic button that costs around PLN 2,000, TECE offers solutions similar in terms of design and durability, ranging from PLN 500 to PLN 700. This allows for real savings of several thousand zlotys when finishing several bathrooms, without compromising on mechanical quality and aesthetics.

  157. 157

    High temperature SiHF sheathed cabling

    Standard

The furnace is powered by a specialized SiHF silicone cable (5x2.5 mm²) with increased thermal resistance (long-term: up to +180°C, short-term: +220°C), run in a protective conduit along the entire length of the route.

    Why

Silicone insulation, unlike standard PVC, does not harden and does not melt at the temperatures in the sauna, which prevents short circuits in the installation. The conduit provides additional mechanical protection, protecting the cable against abrasion or damage.

  158. 158

Longitudinal elements made of glued wood (Glulam GL28h)

    Standard

The linear elements of the structure, such as beams, columns and roof trusses, are made of high-strength glued laminated wood (Glulam) in the GL24h or GL28h class.

    Why

Glulam complements CLT boards where it is required to carry large point loads or cover large spans (up to 40 meters). Thanks to the process of gluing dried lamellas, the beams do not crack or twist like solid wood, maintaining high aesthetics, which allows them to be exposed.

  159. 159

    Integrated Smart lighting in architecture

    Standard

A system of lighting fixtures integrated with the Hombee Smart environment, enabling the regulation of brightness, color and color temperature at each light point.

    Why

Traditional electrical installations impose a rigid division - one switch turns on a specific group of lamps with a predefined power and color. Integration with Hombee Smart frees lighting from these limitations, giving you the ability to control each light point individually. This means that in the living room with a kitchenette we can simultaneously set bright, cool light over the kitchen counter (required for safe work) and subdued, warm light in the relaxation area. The dynamic change of color temperature allows you to adjust the interior to the natural rhythm of the household members - in the morning, cool light stimulates, and in the evening, warm shades naturally calm the body and prepare for sleep. Any changes to the lighting arrangement are made via the application, automated scenes or buttons.

  160. 160

    Consistent aesthetics and adaptive themes

    Standard

The application offers the choice between dark and light mode, as well as personalization of color accents (correlation with the OS theme).

    Why

Attention to detail means that the application does not look like a "foreign body", but like an integral, native part of the smartphone's operating system. Automatic mode synchronization and color consistency ensure the appearance of device and application integrity.

  161. 161

Induction hob with flexible heating matrix (variable heating geometry)

    Standard

Use of an induction hob equipped with a variable heating geometry module with an automatic vessel outline recognition system. We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with newer models in a similar or higher technological class.

    Why

Traditional induction hobs are based on rigidly defined, round "burners" that cannot cope with heating dishes of unusual dimensions (e.g. large cast iron roasting pans). Variable geometry product is based on a dense matrix of smaller, independent inductors hidden under ceramic glass. The control module independently scans the ferromagnetic bottom of the vessel and activates only those coils that are located directly under the metal, dynamically combining them into one personalized circuit, which guarantees even heat distribution.

  162. 162

    N-type TOPCon cell product

    Standard

The modules use silicon cells in the N-type TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) product.

    Why

TOPCon product minimizes electron recombination losses, which allows to achieve module efficiency above 22%. Compared to standard cells, TOPCon cells perform better in low light and degrade slower over time.

  163. 163

Floor finishing - layered oak boards

    Standard

Installation of oak layered boards with a total thickness of 13 mm with a 4 mm thick veneer (upper functional lamella) mounted on a stable hardwood plywood core. The elements are finished with a four-sided microfiber and are intended only for installation using gluing to the substrate.

    Why

The substructure of dense hardwood plywood mechanically blocks the natural movement of the wood, guaranteeing absolute dimensional stability of the floor for decades. In turn, installation by full gluing to the floor (instead of the so-called floating floor) eliminates the air cushion under the boards. In everyday use, this means perfect soundproofing - the floor does not resonate, does not rattle under heels or dog claws and gives the feeling of full, monolithic support. The thick, 4-mm oak lamella ensures durability for generations, enabling sanding and surface renewal. The whole is complemented by a subtle microfibre, which optically masks the natural, microscopic movements of the wood at the joints of the boards.

  164. 164

Transparent selection of synchronization model (2 levels)

    Standard

The app offers a transparent credential management mechanism, giving the user a choice of two paths before using the system: 1. Locally only: All keys and passwords are stored exclusively on the smartphone. There is no way to recover data after losing your phone. 2. Full sync: Allows you to share dashboards and settings between household members using a shared encryption key.

    Why

We do not hide the mechanisms of operation - the user makes a conscious decision whether he prefers maximum convenience (synchronization) or hermetic data isolation (local mode).

  165. 165

    Double hidden gutter

    Standard

The actual gutter is embedded in a trough made of waterproof plywood covered with a Resitrix membrane (EPDM + bitumen).

    Why

The sealed trough constitutes an independent, emergency drainage system ("second roof"). If the main gutter overflows, the water is safely drained outside through the EPDM layer, without penetrating the building's insulation layer.

  166. 166

    Impregnation

    Standard

Double impregnation of the facade with natural water-based oils from Koch & Schulte. The interior of the sauna is protected with a specialized preparation based on pure paraffin.

    Why

The Koch & Schulte brand is a world leader in the field of wood protection based on natural ingredients (including tung oil). The use of a double layer ensures that the first application deeply penetrates the wood structure, strengthening it from the inside, while the second application creates a durable, hydrophobic outer coating. These oils effectively protect against UV radiation and graying, while not creating a peeling "crust", which allows the wood to breathe. The internal paraffin impregnation inside is odorless under the influence of high temperatures and closes the pores of the wood, which facilitates hygiene and protects against moisture absorption.

  167. 167

    Tinned grounding terminals

    Standard

Copper eyelet sleeves are used and are factory-tinned.

    Why

The tin layer protects copper against oxidation and electrochemical corrosion at the interface with other metals. Pure copper becomes patina over time (which is an insulator), which impairs the grounding parameters.

  168. 168

    Structural glass bonding

    Standard

The glass is connected to the aluminum frame using structural silicone.

    Why

This product, used in glass facades of skyscrapers, provides a flexible and durable connection resistant to aging, UV radiation and extreme temperatures. This guarantees the integrity of the module for decades, eliminating the risk of frame detachment.

  169. 169

    Independent data formatting (Date/Time/Number)

    Standard

The way data is displayed is fully customizable and completely independent of the selected application language.

    Why

The user decides on the time format (AM/PM or 24H), number separators (dot/comma), date format and the first day of the week. Enabling the English language does not force the AM/PM format, allowing you to maintain the continental format of dates, times and measures, adapting the readability of the data to your personal habits.

  170. 170

Water treatment and adsorption filtration systems

    Standard

Standard implementation of central water softening stations and carbon block filters (e.g. Aquaphor), with the option of expansion with a reverse osmosis module.

    Why

We protect the entire installation and end devices against limescale deposits (scale), which extends the life of water-consuming devices (e.g. washing machines, dishwashers). Carbon filters effectively remove chlorine, heavy metals and organic pollutants, improving the organoleptic parameters of water. The reverse osmosis system provides laboratory-grade water, ideal for food and humidification purposes, eliminating the need to purchase bottled water.

  171. 171

    Delta Exxtreme membrane

    Standard

The membrane used has a grammage of 300 g/m² and thermal resistance up to +120°C.

    Why

Under black PV panels, the temperature often exceeds 80°C, which causes degradation of standard membranes (crumbling). The high-temperature membrane remains flexible and waterproof under conditions of extreme heating.

  172. 172

Tumble dryer with a heat pump and closed thermal circulation and smart integration

    Standard

The use of a tumble dryer of the highest energy class (A), equipped with heat pump product and load humidity sensors. We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with newer models in a similar or higher technological class.

    Why

Replacing traditional, power-consuming resistance heaters with an advanced heat pump system allows for effective drying of clothes at much lower temperatures, reducing the total electricity consumption. The closed thermal circulation means that the machine condenses water internally and does not blow hot, humid air outside, fully protecting the microclimate in the bathroom or laundry room. Humidity sensors check the loading status, automatically stopping the drum operation when the selected dryness level is reached.

  173. 173

Modular architecture and independent scaling (MPPT vs Inverter)

    Standard

MPPT (charge controllers) and inverters are physically separate units.

    Why

This solution allows for completely independent selection of PV power, inverter power and energy storage capacity. Most hybrid inverters on the market are "all-in-one" devices, which limit the user - e.g. they do not allow adding more panels without replacing the entire inverter. In the Hombee system, with an installation of 40 kWp but low consumption, we select the MPPT for the full roof power to quickly charge the batteries, but we install smaller inverters. Similarly, we can have huge output power with a small PV installation.

  174. 174

DC installation performed with 120 mm2 cables

    Standard

The main connection between the cabinet and the busbar is made using a set of four cables with a cross-section of 120 mm2 (two for the positive and negative poles), strictly observing the principle of equal length of cables between the inverters and the busbar.

    Why

In high-current installations, each millimeter of difference in cable length translates into a change in resistance, which leads to uneven load on the devices. Thanks to the identical length of the cables, we ensure ideal current balance of the system. We only use certified ring terminal presses and torque wrenches with up-to-date calibration, which guarantees that each connection has the factory pressing force, eliminating the risk of overheating of the contacts under full load.

  175. 175

Possibility to adapt 25 mm channels

    Standard

In areas with small installation space (e.g. low suspended ceilings, collisions with the structure), we allow the use of ducts made of 25 mm thick Ursa Air board.

    Why

Reducing the wall thickness allows you to "recover" 3 cm at the height of the channel (taking into account both walls), which often makes it possible to hide the installation without having to lower the ceiling. This solution allows you to maintain the continuity of acoustic and thermal insulation (no thermal bridges) in places where the use of a standard, thicker duct would be impossible due to dimensional reasons.

  176. 176

    Automatic espresso machine

    Standard

Automatic espresso machine, equipped with a burr grinder, a stable thermoblock heating system and an integrated milk frothing system. We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with newer models in a similar or higher technological class.

    Why

The burr grinder used grinds the beans into a standardized fraction without excessive heating (resulting from friction), which prevents the destruction of delicate flavor profiles. A high-pressure pump combined with a flow thermoblock guarantees quick heating and forcing water through the pressed coffee at the optimal temperature. In terms of everyday ergonomics, an important element is hygiene automation - the systems independently blow hot steam through the milk tracks and rinse the water mains.

  177. 177

    Durability of upholstery fabrics

    Standard

The use of flame-retardant (EN 1021-1) upholstery fabrics such as velvet with a weight of min. 300 g/m², characterized by abrasion resistance of 100,000 Martindale cycles and the highest class (5) of pilling resistance.

    Why

Achieving over 100,000 cycles in the Martindale abrasion test classifies the fabric for the most rigorous commercial applications (the basic home standard requires only 20-30,000 cycles), ensuring no abrasions for many years. Obtaining the maximum class 5 in pilling proneness tests means complete structural resistance of the fibers to knotting. Certification based on the DIN-EN 1021-1 standard (the so-called cigarette test) verifies the material's resistance to smoldering ignition, which actually increases the passive fire safety of the facility.

  178. 178

    Power reserve

    Standard

The air handling unit is selected with a large capacity margin, so that in standard mode it operates at 30-40% of its capacity.

    Why

High maximum power is a "potential" activated only in non-standard situations (just like in a powerful car engine, the full power of which we do not use during normal driving). Working at low speeds drastically extends the life of components and guarantees quiet operation. Power increases (up to 50-60%) occur automatically only at extreme temperatures (cold/heat compensation). The maximum mode is used occasionally (e.g. in smoky conditions) and still leaves approximately 20% of the power reserve. Despite operating at "low speed", high air exchange efficiency allows the temperature in the building to be changed to the set value in just 10-20 minutes.

  179. 179

Specialized selection and coding of cables

    Standard

We select the type of cable strictly according to its function (e.g. low-current signal cables for buttons). After installation, each wire is described and has colors consistent with engineering standards.

    Why

It is common to use an ordinary power cable (3x1.5 mm2) for control buttons, where the ground wire (yellow-green) is mistakenly used as a signal wire. Precise description of each wire and adherence to colors make the installation transparent for every specialist, and the risk of making a mistake when switching roles in the Smart Home system is reduced to zero.

  180. 180

Increased ventilation on a 40 mm counter batten

    Standard

40 mm thick counter battens are used.

    Why

The increased ventilation space generates a stronger chimney draft under the panels. This lowers the operating temperature of the cells on hot days, which directly translates into higher energy conversion efficiency (modules lose power as the temperature increases).

  181. 181

TECE concealed systems and double water tank

    Standard

TECE concealed frames with tanks enabling immediate repeated flushing without having to wait for the tank filling cycle.

    Why

Classic flushes require a break to refill water, which reduces comfort in heavily used bathrooms or when cleaning a sanitary facility. The TECE design has a reserve allowing for quick, double rinsing. This system is also characterized by acoustic group I of filling valves, which guarantees silent operation and no transmission of hydraulic noise through the wall structure to neighboring bedrooms.

  182. 182

A learning system and its adaptation in real time

    Standard

The system dynamically adjusts environmental parameters (air exchange, temperature, humidity) to the number of people and the nature of activity inside the building.

    Why

The Hombee house "sees" what is happening in it. The system learns the most frequent return times of household members and starts heating the interior optimally in advance, using the cheapest available energy. In incidental situations (such as an organized event), detection of an increased number of people (via presence sensors or CO2 level) automatically increases the efficiency of the air handling unit. Thanks to this, despite a large group of guests, the air remains fresh and properly humidified, and the operating parameters of the humidifier and UV lamp are increased to ensure the highest hygienic standard.

  183. 183

    Refrigerant R290

    Standard

Heat pump systems operate based on the highly effective and environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant (propane) with a stable operating range at temperatures down to -28°C.

    Why

R290 has almost zero impact on global warming (GWP = 3), and its hermetic closure outside the building eliminates the risk of flammability. Modern vibration isolation and casing make the device operate exceptionally quietly, and the minimalist aesthetics give the device the character of an architectural element.

  184. 184

Systemic organization of Grass Tavinea Sorto and Tavinea Optima drawers

    Standard

The use of steel space organization systems: modular Sorto frames in shallow drawers and flexible, fully adjustable Optima spacer profiles in deep drawers.

    Why

In shallow drawers, heavy Sorto steel frames sort cutlery, sharp knives and small accessories. Due to their weight and construction, they do not slide along the bottom when closing, eliminating the noise and mess typical of plastic moldings. In turn, in deep drawers intended for larger dimensions, the Optima system allows for any division of work zones. In practice, this means that tall bottles of olive oil, stacks of plates or vertically placed lids receive rigid support. Thanks to this, the load does not tip over when the front is opened suddenly, and the space inside can be adjusted on an ongoing basis to the current supplies and new dishes.

  185. 185

Wide range of operating temperatures of heat pumps

    Standard

The external units we use guarantee operation in a wide temperature range, maintaining heating capacity even at -25°C.

    Why

The use of advanced compressor technologies means that these devices do not rapidly lose power as the external temperature drops. When the temperature drops below the declared minimum (e.g. -25°C), the device does not turn off - additional booster heaters are turned on. The pump continues to run, but its thermal output and efficiency (COP) begin to drop below nominal values. These systems are designed to maintain thermal comfort at all costs, and are completely turned off only in extremely critical situations (rarely encountered in our climate).

  186. 186

    No double conversion

    Standard

Victron systems operate in a hybrid/parallel topology that eliminates the need for continuous double current conversion (AC -\> DC -\> AC) when operating on the grid.

    Why

Classic inverters (double conversion) continuously convert current through rectifier systems, which generates constant energy losses of 10-15%. In Hombee, electricity from the network flows directly to the devices, and the inverter "watches" next to it, turning on only to charge the battery or support the power supply. Thanks to this, we achieve efficiency of 95-96%.

  187. 187

Advanced Energy Storage Consumption Analysis (ASTM E1049-85)

    Standard

To analyze the aging of energy storage cells, we use an advanced algorithm (Rainflow-counting algorithm) in accordance with the ASTM E1049-85 standard.

    Why

The traditional approach based on simple counting of charging cycles is imprecise because cells age differently depending on the dynamics of operation. Our algorithm reduces complex time-varying system loads to a set of constant-amplitude cycles. We take into account parameters that standard systems do not see: charging speed and discharge depth. Thanks to this, we provide the most realistic data on the actual consumption of the warehouse, which allows us to precisely determine its condition and predict its real lifespan.

  188. 188

    System joints for vibrated concrete

    Standard

Conduit connections are made only using dedicated system connectors with a resistance equal to the routes themselves (1250 N).

    Why

Vibrating concrete is a process with enormous mechanical force that can disconnect makeshift connections. System connectors guarantee durability of the route connections, without the risk of disconnecting the conduits, ensuring that no cement laitance gets inside and could flood the cable. We ensure continuity and tightness of mechanical protection on every centimeter of the installation.

  189. 189

    CLT wood benches

    Standard

The seats are made of massive CLT boards, connected only with stainless steel screws in a hidden assembly system, completely invisible to the user.

    Why

The CLT board ensures stiffness and stability of the structure. The use of stainless steel products protects joints against corrosion, and hiding the screws (apart from the aesthetic aspect) eliminates the risk of burns.

  190. 190

    Self-cleaning bottom edge

    Standard

The lower edge of the module is open (no frame), the glass ends freely.

    Why

The lack of a protruding frame allows snow and dirt to slide freely from the module surface. This prevents the accumulation of dirt in the lower part of the panel, which in traditional solutions leads to permanent shading of the cells and a decrease in energy production.

  191. 191

Cutting off moisture with polyurethane primer

    Standard

Use of a single-component polyurethane primer, selected directly to the type of substrate. The preparation is intended to structurally strengthen the top layer of the floor and cut off residual moisture before installing the actual floor.

    Why

The durability of the entire floor depends directly on how stable and dry the substrate to which we stick it is. Regardless of the specificity of the floor, its top layer is naturally weakened, porous or dusty. The primer penetrates deeply into the structure of the substrate, permanently binds loose microparticles and increases its mechanical hardness. This prevents the adhesive layers from peeling off under the stresses generated by the floor in everyday use. The second key task is to create a moisture barrier - the polyurethane coating effectively blocks the remnants of water vapor trapped inside the floor, preventing them from penetrating into the usable layer.

  192. 192

    Complete removal of "dirty" air

    Standard

The air extracted from sanitary and kitchen rooms is 100% removed outside the building, without recirculation. The only process it undergoes before discharge is through the heat recovery section.

    Why

Physical removal of stale air ensures that unpleasant odors and moisture do not recirculate while heat is recovered. Thanks to the use of an exchanger with above-standard dimensions (and a large contact surface), we receive ~96% of heat from it before the "dirty" air leaves the building.

  193. 193

Frameless steel sinks and waste grinders

    Standard

Installation of a flush or suspended stainless steel sink with an integrated, high-speed organic waste shredder. The disposal system is activated by a safe, countertop switch.

    Why

Stainless steel guarantees the chamber's resistance to impacts, coloring food acids and extreme thermal shocks (e.g. when straining boiling water). The design without edge frames allows for quick and hygienic scraping of the remains from the worktop straight into the drain, where the organic remains (peelings, meal remains) are ground with a high-speed grinder and then dumped into the sewer line. This eliminates the problem of rotting and unpleasant-smelling biological waste. The use of a pneumatic switch that uses only a compressed air pulse to transmit a signal, not electricity, guarantees the user's safety even with completely wet hands.

  194. 194

    Hygienic approval of sanitary manifolds

    Standard

Only use distributors with a hygienic certificate for contact with drinking water, made of materials free from heavy metals (e.g. lead).

    Why

Many installation companies use the same manifolds for underfloor heating and domestic water. This is a mistake because heating distributors do not have to meet strict sanitary standards and may release harmful compounds into water intended for drinking or cooking. Hombee uses certified components that do not change the chemical composition of water and are completely safe for the health of household members.

  195. 195

    Insulation edge protection

    Standard

Connections between conduits and switchboards are made using specialized edge connectors that secure the cable entry into the housing.

    Why

Sharp edges of holes in metal trays or switchboards are the most common place for cable insulation to abrade during installation or operation. Our connectors act as a cover that protects the cable against abrasion.

  196. 196

    Dynamometric tightening

    Standard

All connectors are tightened using certified torque wrenches.

    Why

A precise tightening torque is required to activate the gland seal (achieving IP68 tightness) without damaging the thread. Manual assembly without force control may result in leakage of the plug and corrosion of the contacts inside.

  197. 197

Scalability to 250 kW (and more)

    Standard

The architecture based on Victron components allows the construction of systems with a power of up to ¼ MW (250 kW) in one installation (if the demand for even higher power is achieved, we switch to dedicated higher power equipment).

    Why

We guarantee that the facility will never outgrow our product. Starting with a standard home installation, it can be expanded by adding additional inverters (multiple of 3 in a three-phase installation). The system evolves with needs.

  198. 198

    Redundancy

    Standard

The unit operates in a redundant (oversized) fan system and has an integrated, emergency resistance heater. The only moving elements in the entire device are fan rotors and dampers.

    Why

The use of a set of fans guarantees continuous operation - in the event of a failure of one of them, the others automatically operate at higher speeds, fully compensating for the loss of efficiency (which is allowed by the power reserve described earlier). The built-in heater has a backup function for heating: in the event of a failure of the main heat pump, the central unit independently takes over the responsibility for heating the building (at the expense of temporarily higher electricity consumption), protecting the house against cooling (unlike the underfloor system, where the failure of one - and most often the only - circulation pump completely turns off the heating).

  199. 199

    Data minimalism

    Standard

If you choose cloud functions (backup/synchronization), the system requires creating an account, but this process has been limited to an absolute minimum.

    Why

Thanks to integration with "Sign in with Apple", the user can use the "Hide my e-mail address" function, which means that even his real e-mail address does not appear in our database. We only collect the technical identifier necessary to assign the encrypted data package to a specific user, maintaining the highest standard of anonymity. We support secure federated login (SSO) through Google and Apple.

  200. 200

    Welded rainwater drainage systems

    Standard

Construction of concealed and in-wall rainwater drainage installations using thermally welded connections product (e.g. PE-HD).

    Why

Standard socket systems (with a gasket) are susceptible to leakage due to vibrations, building subsidence or sudden pressure changes during downpours. Welding the pipes creates a monolithic connection, which completely excludes the risk of the riser disconnecting inside the facade. In this way, we protect the building against hidden flooding of thermal insulation and walls. The failure of a leaky rainwater pipe on upper floors usually results in cascading destruction of facades and interiors on lower levels, which generates huge renovation costs.

  201. 201

Mechanical stability of CLT wood furniture

    Standard

Production of heavy free-standing furniture, in particular long dining tables and benches, using cross-laminated wood (CLT) panels.

    Why

The engineering nature of CLT effectively eliminates and blocks the natural tensions occurring in solid wood. The use of this physics in the production of large-sized furniture elements (such as long tabletops without central supports) provides them with high mechanical stiffness, eliminating the risk of wood deforming or warping (so-called boating) under the influence of operational loads and natural changes in humidity and air temperature in the room.

  202. 202

Resistant and durable cable routes (1250 N)

    Standard

All cable routes cast in concrete are run in conduits or pipes with a compressive strength of 1250 N.

    Why

The most common market standard is 320 N, which in practice means a risk of crushing when standing on it or when the concrete vibrates. 1250 N means that a 5 cm section of conduit can be loaded with 125 kg without the risk of deformation, protecting the cables from damage (a damaged cable means greater resistance, and therefore - excessive heating of the conductors and a fire risk).

  203. 203

Advanced active protection and diagnostic systems

    Standard

Equipping the water supply system with integrated algorithms protecting against dry running, thermal overload and cyclic operation resulting from leaks.

    Why

The systems monitor operating parameters in real time, protecting the engine against seizure in the event of a water supply failure. The key advantage over cheap, common solutions is the micro-leakage detection function - the system analyzes unusual switching frequency and can identify a leaking cistern or a dripping valve. This prevents not only damage to the pump, but also uncontrolled water losses and potential flooding, which in devices without advanced electronics remain undetected until the leak is noticed.

  204. 204

    Independent three-phase architecture

    Standard

We build a three-phase power supply system based on separate inverters for each phase (a system of 3 inverters or their multiples).

    Why

Traditional three-phase inverters are not very flexible - the failure of one phase often disables the entire device. The “1 inverter = 1 phase” system allows for independent scaling of power on each phase. This also provides a higher level of redundancy - if one inverter fails, the other two phases continue to operate.

  205. 205

Dishwasher with inverter pump, thermodynamic drying and smart integration

    Standard

Use of a built-in dishwasher in the highest energy efficiency class, equipped with a brushless circulation pump (inverter motor), thermodynamic drying function and water turbidity sensor. We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with newer models in a similar or higher technological class.

    Why

The greatest energy input in the washing process is the heating of the liquid. The use of optical turbidity sensors allows you to constantly analyze the degree of contamination of the load and dynamically calibrate the amount of water consumed and its temperature, which optimizes electricity consumption. A brushless circulation pump controls the spray pressure on the washing arms, almost completely eliminating mechanical friction of the system. This guarantees quiet operation, which is important in open kitchens. When it comes to drying, we give up energy-consuming heaters in favor of the laws of thermodynamics. The use of condensation on the side walls, moisture-absorbing minerals (e.g. zeolites) or unsealing the door at the end of the cycle allows the remaining water to evaporate completely.

  206. 206

    Maximum load capacity

    Standard

We apply the principle of 1 cable = 1 socket.

    Why

In traditional installations, one cable with a continuous load of 4800 W supports up to 6 or 8 sockets, which, if several power-hungry devices are turned on at the same time, may result in a load exceeding its strength (and a fire risk). In the star arrangement, each socket has its own dedicated cable (still with a continuous load of 4800 W). This allows you to safely connect devices such as a jacuzzi, lawn mower or boiler without the risk of overloading the line. This is an installation prepared for any future hobby, even the most energy-intensive one.

  207. 207

Solar cables with stainless steel braid

    Standard

Solar cables are run in a factory-made stainless steel braid (constituting the third layer of insulation) along the entire length of the route - from the PV module to the switchgear in the building.

    Why

Stainless steel prevents martens and other rodents from physically chewing through the cable. The hardness of the steel exceeds the hardness of rodent teeth, creating a mechanical barrier. Unlike the market standard (bare copper cables), the braid eliminates the risk of insulation damage under high voltage, which prevents electric arcs and roof fires.

  208. 208

    Compact oven with microwave function

    Standard

Installation of a compact built-in oven combining classic heaters with an inverter microwave module. We constantly follow market news and update our offer of household appliances with newer models in a similar or higher technological class.

    Why

Traditional microwaves only work in impulses (alternately turning them on and off at full power), which results in the destruction of the structure of the food and uneven overheating of its edges. The inverter module ensures smooth, continuous emission of waves with calibrated power. Most importantly, combining microwaves with a traditional convection oven allows for hybrid baking. The waves instantly heat the core of the food from the inside, while the hot air and grill hit from the outside, closing the pores and creating a crispy structure (the so-called Maillard reaction). This significantly shortens the time needed to prepare a meal without any loss of quality.

  209. 209

    Configurable logical alerts

    Standard

The notification system goes beyond simple messages, allowing you to create logical conditions (e.g. "Notify if the garage is open at night", "Notify if the gate is open for more than 10 minutes").

    Why

This prevents "spamming" with notifications, focusing on intelligent and precise surveillance. The system does not have to inform you about every door opening during the day, but it will inform you about an anomaly (e.g. a gate that is not closed at night). Thanks to this, the application remains silent when everything is working properly at home and notifies you about what is really important to the user.

  210. 210

    Context Assistant (Intent Control)

    Standard

The application has an AI assistant that goes beyond simple "turn on/off" commands - it understands complex intentions and situational context, allowing you to control your home by describing the desired effect.

    Why

Household members do not have to remember the names of specific scenes or devices - all they need is a more or less specific password, and the AI will independently select parameters for many systems at the same time: it will change the color of the lighting, start the appropriate playlist in the audio system or turn on the fireplace (just give a command, e.g.: "It's Halloween, match the lighting to it", "I want to relax - select music").

  211. 211

    Active or passive cooling

    Standard

As standard, we install inverters equipped with an active cooling system or - at the customer's request - we configure the system for passive cooling.

    Why

Active cooling means efficiency and durability - the lower operating temperature of the electronics directly translates into its longer life and the ability to work at full power for a longer time. For users whose technical room is adjacent to the living area, we offer a passive configuration, eliminating the noise of fans.

  212. 212

The ability to accumulate heat and regulate the microclimate

    Standard

The structure is characterized by a high specific heat capacity of 1600 J/(kg·K) and the ability to diffuse water vapor (μ = 20-50).

    Why

Massive wood acts as a natural climate buffer - it stores cold in summer and heat in winter, slowly releasing it into the room (phase shift), which stabilizes the temperature much more effectively than light frame structures. The diffusion openness of the material allows the walls to "breathe", regulating the air humidity inside and creating a healthy microclimate without the "thermos" effect.

  213. 213

The highest precision of CNC Prefabrication

    Standard

All structural elements are cut and machined on digitally controlled CNC carpentry centers (e.g. Hundegger), with millimeter accuracy, taking into account ready-made window and door openings and installation routes.

    Why

Moving the construction process from the construction site to the factory eliminates human errors and dimensional inaccuracies. The elements arrive at the construction site like blocks that fit together perfectly, which significantly shortens the shell assembly time and guarantees that the planned installations or window joinery will fit without the need for on-site modifications.

  214. 214

    Star system

    Standard

Each electrical point has its own dedicated cable, running directly to the main switchboard (as opposed to connecting the points in loops or series).

    Why

This solution allows for full virtualization of the installation. Wall buttons are not rigidly assigned to points - their role is definable. The user can change the functions of the buttons or completely abandon them in favor of controlling the smartphone. If tomorrow you decide that the button in the bedroom should turn off the light in the entire house instead of just the bedside lamp - the change is possible without breaking the walls and reconnecting the cables.

  215. 215

    Transparent economics and verifiable profits

    Standard

The system precisely calculates the profits generated by the energy storage, presenting the full structure of costs and revenues - all calculations are performed locally on the user's device.

    Why

Each component of profit is transparent and verifiable - we provide the full methodology and formulas used for calculations. Executing these processes locally ensures that detailed data about your finances and energy habits never leaves your home, providing the highest standard of privacy protection.

  216. 216

Specialized cabling of outdoor units (HVAC)

    Standard

The use of rubber-insulated cables with increased environmental resistance for external components of heat pumps and aggregates.

    Why

External devices operate in an aggressive environment (UV, smog, acid rain, temperature amplitudes). Standard PVC insulation undergoes aging and crumbling in such conditions. Rubber insulation retains full flexibility and dielectric parameters, eliminating the risk of failure due to degradation of the cable coating.

  217. 217

Rubber insulation of heat carrier installations

    Standard

The external hydraulic circuit of the heat pump is filled with an environmentally safe propylene glycol solution with a concentration of 35%, and the transmission infrastructure is insulated with rubber.

    Why

The 35% glycol concentration shifts the fluid's freezing point to -17°C, preventing the system from freezing and bursting. Thanks to the installation prepared in this way, the injection product in the pump can maintain 100% of its rated heating capacity at an external temperature of -20°C, and the system itself continues to operate uninterrupted even at -28°C. The use of rubber insulation effectively minimizes heat losses in the transmission section, which maximizes the final efficiency of the entire system.

  218. 218

    Ends with aluminum profiles

    Standard

The outlets of the ventilation ducts are finished with rigid aluminum profiles, which constitute an assembly frame, installed at the pre-finishing stage.

    Why

The aluminum frame creates a stable seat for the ventilation grille. This ensures perfect sealing of the junction between the duct and the wall or ceiling, which prevents the formation of dirty streaks around the grates (a common problem with leaky connections) and facilitates clean finishing of the opening with plaster or plaster.

  219. 219

Selection of heat pumps based on SCOP/COP

    Standard

The Hombee offer includes only the latest series of air-to-air heat pumps from Mitsubishi and Haier, which achieve the highest energy efficiency indicators. For top units, the SCOP indicator ranges from 4.6 to 5.2 (class A+++).

    Why

The COP parameter determines the temporary efficiency, while the key one is SCOP (Seasonal COP) - the average efficiency over the entire heating season. A SCOP coefficient of 5.0 means that from 1 kW of electricity consumed, the device produces on average 5 kW of thermal energy (so as much as 4 kW of heat is extracted from the air). By constantly updating our offer with the latest models, we provide a highly efficient (thermally and economically) heat source.

  220. 220

    Ecological material profile

    Standard

Introducing the world's first pipes made of bio-based polymers, produced from renewable raw materials instead of traditional fossil fuels, into the building's installation structure.

    Why

The use of certified renewable raw materials (waste from wood and plant processing) in the synthesis process allows for reducing the carbon footprint of the produced pipes by as much as 90% compared to standard plastics of petrochemical origin. We provide a product with the highest mechanical parameters, actually reducing the ecological footprint of the building being constructed.

  221. 221

    Taking "energy fingerprints" of devices

    Standard

The system, combined with the Hombee energy module, identifies a unique "energy fingerprint" of individual devices (e.g. washing machine, dishwasher, induction hob) based on the phase load analysis and consumption characteristics.

    Why

This allows you to precisely track the energy consumption of specific devices without the need to install separate meters at each socket. Thanks to this knowledge, the application generates personalized recommendations (e.g. "Advance the laundry by an hour to save PLN

  222. 222

Simonswerk Keep Closed electroless magnetic locking system

    Standard

The use of a system in interior doors that replaces the classic handle and lock with a magnetic actuator that holds the leaf in the frame without the use of electricity.

    Why

Traditional doors require you to physically press the handle, which activates the mechanical lock tongue. The Keep Closed system is based on mechanics using a calibrated magnetic field. In everyday use, this completely changes the way the door is operated - to open or close it, simply pull or push the door leaf (e.g. with your shoulder or hip). The magnets smoothly capture the door in the final closing phase. This solution allows you to abandon traditional door handles in favor of minimalist pulls. Additionally, the lack of a movable latch mechanism means silence when closing and failure-free operation - magnets, unlike springs, do not wear out or jam over the years.

  223. 223

    Safe structural binders (MUF/PMDI)

    Standard

Only certified melamine (MUF) or polyurethane (PMDI) adhesives that meet the EN 301 standard are used to connect the CLT layers.

    Why

These adhesives create high-strength and moisture-resistant joints, which guarantees the integrity of the structure for decades (they do not delaminate). What is crucial for the health of household members, the binders used are characterized by almost zero formaldehyde emission (below 0.02 ppm, with the standard of 0.1 ppm), which makes the air inside the house free of construction chemicals.

  224. 224

    Self-sealing connection product

    Standard

Making connections in a non-clamping system based on the use of the shape memory of the PE-Xa material and dedicated sealing rings. Fittings and fittings used in the installation are designed to maintain the full internal diameter of the pipe.

    Why

Traditional clamping systems introduce local narrowings, creating "bottlenecks" that increase hydraulic resistance. In the Uponor Q\&E product, the pipe end with the applied ring is mechanically expanded, and after inserting the connector, it shrinks to its original size. This creates a self-sealing connection with the highest tightness, free from O-rings. The lack of constrictions on the connectors guarantees free, laminar water flow and eliminates pressure losses in the system.

  225. 225

    Personalized Dashboard

    Standard

The application control panel is fully configurable, giving you full freedom in arrangement (including: positions and sizes of tiles, data ranges, available action buttons).

    Why

Each household member may have different needs and expectations regarding the application - some people want to see detailed charts of electricity consumption, others only want to see a large button to open the gate. Personalizing the dashboard allows you to adjust it to your needs and habits.

  226. 226

    Swiss Solrif System

    Standard

The original, patented assembly system of the Swiss company Ernst Schweizer AG is used.

    Why

The Solrif system has been developed and tested since the 1990s in alpine conditions. Its design is based on many years of engineering experience, which confirms the reliability of the solution in terms of tightness and mechanical strength.

  227. 227

    Interactive ROI calculator

    Standard

In addition to automatic recommendations, the application provides a manual simulation calculator that allows you to check the impact of planned changes (e.g. "How much will the return on investment be shortened if I add 7 kWp of power or 10 kWh of storage?").

    Why

This allows you to independently model future investment scenarios. The calculator calculates the impact of additional components on the profitability and energy independence of the building, based on current market prices and the real consumption profile of the facility, which makes it an accurate planning tool with excellent knowledge of the building's energy specificity.

  228. 228

    Victron DC Bus

    Standard

The DC distribution system is based on Victron system busbars, designed to operate with a continuous current of 1000 A. All contact elements and connection screws (M10) are made of stainless steel, and the busbars themselves are made of tin-plated copper.

    Why

This standard comes from the marine industry, where complete resistance to corrosion in extremely difficult marine conditions is required. Tinned copper prevents contacts from oxidizing, which, combined with stainless steel, guarantees minimal connection resistance. The current of 1000 A provides bandwidth, eliminating the risk of overheating of the installation even at maximum system load.

  229. 229

    Smooth switching

    Standard

The application has been designed with an emphasis on automatic connection management and imperceptible transitions between the home network (Wi-Fi) and the mobile network (LTE/5G).

    Why

This solves the problem of "dead zones", e.g. when leaving the garage by car, while in typical applications the loss of the Wi-Fi signal (and switching the connection) causes the interface to freeze. In the Hombee App, the system immediately detects a change in source and maintains the control session, so when leaving the property it is possible to smoothly close the gate or arm the alarm, without worrying whether the phone is currently switching to data transfer.

  230. 230

    Mobility and system top loading

    Standard

The structure is adapted for safe lifting and unloading by crane (HDS) using certified transport screws with eyes, mounted directly on the roof surface.

    Why

The stiffness of CLT walls and the durability of their connections allow the entire building to be lifted "beyond the roof", without the risk of losing geometry or cracking the glazing. This allows for precise positioning of the finished sauna even in hard-to-reach areas and guarantees full mobility - the facility can be easily moved to another location in the future.

  231. 231

    Steel cable trays

    Standard

The main cable routes are run in tight galvanized steel trays without perforations, and the entire system (elbows, tees, covers) is systemic.

    Why

Steel guarantees high resistance to crushing by construction equipment or concrete vibrators. The lack of perforation of the trays prevents moisture and cement laitance from entering the cable trunking. Thanks to the system's "blunt" edge finishes, the cables are protected against cuts while pulling them, which eliminates the risk of short circuits and fires already at the assembly stage.

  232. 232

    Gray Matt aesthetics

    Standard

The front glass of the module has a unique, satin structure (Anti-Glare product), which gives the surface a characteristic, matte shade of gray.

    Why

This is a proposition for investors looking for a unique design. The microporous structure of the glass scatters the light, creating the effect of a "frozen sheet" with a noble, gray color. Unlike typical black and glossy panels, this module does not resemble a technical device, but an exclusive finishing material that fits perfectly with modern architecture.

  233. 233

Cable routing with distance from the membrane

    Standard

All cable routes are run in the air space, physically separated from the surface of the roof membrane.

    Why

The floating cables do not come into contact with the rough surface of the membrane, which prevents it from being abraded by wind-induced micro-vibrations. This solution eliminates the risk of damage to the waterproof layer caused by loose cables.

  234. 234

ZYC RACK cabinets with Hot-Swap function

    Standard

We are the only recipient in Poland that uses specialized RACK cabinets from ZYC, equipped with integrated busbars.

    Why

Thanks to the built-in busbars, expansion or servicing of the energy storage is possible without the need to turn off the entire system and interrupt the power supply to the house. This is the highest standard of modularity, which eliminates service downtime and allows for flexible scaling of system capacity.

  235. 235

    Privacy of analytical data

    Standard

Despite the use of advanced language models, data transfer to the cloud is limited to an absolute minimum.

    Why

AI acts as a "brain" that tells the phone how to calculate data, but it never sees the data. Detailed electricity consumption logs or the history of the presence of household members never leave the customer's device, combining artificial intelligence with the tightness of the system. In the case of analytical tasks (e.g. generating energy consumption reports), the AI does not receive user data - instead, the chat only generates secure code (expression language formulas), which is then sent back and run locally on your phone.

  236. 236

Original Staubli MC4 Evo 2 plugs

    Standard

The cables are terminated only with original Staubli MC4 Evo 2 plugs, tested using certified test plugs.

    Why

The use of original pairs of connectors guarantees maintaining dimensional tolerances and contact tightness. The use of substitutes with minimal dimensional deviations increases the connection resistance, which leads to overheating of the contacts and the risk of fire.

  237. 237

    System sealing collars

    Standard

Penetrations through the roof (e.g. ventilation, sewage) are made using system sealing collars.

    Why

Factory-made flanges guarantee uniformity and flexibility of connection with the membrane. This eliminates manufacturing errors typical of manual processing of passages with tape, ensuring tightness of critical points on the roof.

  238. 238

    Advanced media shielding (TV-SAT)

    Standard

We use coaxial cables with increased shielding density, dedicated to installations with a high density of digital signals.

    Why

The TV-SAT signal is extremely susceptible to interference from the surroundings (e.g. from nearby power cables). Popular cheap cables have a "symbolic" screen. Our cables have multi-layer protection that guarantees image clarity, even if the cable route runs close to inverters or heat pump motors.

  239. 239

Intelligent climate control and wood safety

    Standard

The integrated HVAC system monitors and controls the microclimate inside the building, maintaining the relative air humidity at a constant range of 45-65% and the temperature at 18-21°C. These parameters are constantly stabilized to protect the structure of wooden elements.

    Why

Natural wood - both structural (CLT) and finishing (top oak lamella of the floor) - is a "living" and hygroscopic material that constantly responds to changes in the environment. Maintaining optimal parameters by the HVAC system in a safe, defined range prevents floor deformations, guaranteeing its impeccable appearance and dimensional stability all year round, and at the same time creates optimal, healthy conditions for the household members.

  240. 240

    Material uniformity of wooden buildings

    Standard

The use of cross-laminated wood (CLT) for the construction of furniture elements. We use the same material from which the main supporting structure of the house is built and other finishing details are made.

    Why

The use of the same engineering raw material both in the walls of the building structure and in the free-standing interior furnishings guarantees visual uniformity. This design approach consistently blurs the boundaries between architecture and furniture, creating a coherent space. Moreover, the use of CLT boards in furniture ensures its load-bearing capacity, excellent dimensional stability and durability, which is unattainable for standard, commonly used components made of chipboard or MDF.

  241. 241

High thermal insulation of channels (40 mm)

    Standard

The ventilation ducts are made of compressed mineral wool boards (Ursa Air system), characterized by a thermal conductivity coefficient of λ = 0.032 [W/(m x K) (at 10°C)].

    Why

Such a low value of the lambda coefficient guarantees minimal energy losses. the air transported through channels does not lose its temperature (it does not heat up in summer or cool down in winter) in the channels distributing it. Excellent thermal insulation also eliminates the dew point on the channel surface, which completely prevents condensation of water vapor.

  242. 242

    Stopsol reflective glazing

    Standard

The front glazing and external doors are made of a single pane of tempered glass (ESG), 6 mm thick, Stopsol Supersilver Gray type, finished with polished edges.

    Why

The tempering process makes the glass resistant to extreme temperature differences and mechanical impacts, ensuring safety of use. The use of a single pane eliminates the risk of seal failures that occur in double-glazed units exposed to high temperatures. Additionally: the reflective coating ensures privacy inside the sauna while maintaining visibility outside.

  243. 243

    Hot-dip galvanized nails

    Standard

The nails for the counter battens are hot-dip galvanized and meet the Service Class 3 (Eurocode 5) standard.

    Why

Hot-dip galvanizing creates a thick alloy coating that does not peel off when hammered into wood. Unlike electrogalvanizing, the hot-dip coating prevents the shank from corroding inside the damp wood, maintaining the load-bearing capacity of the connection.

  244. 244

Non-rebated doors with hidden hinges and magnetic lock

    Standard

The use of internal doors in a non-rebated system (leaf flush with the frame), equipped with hidden hinges with 3D adjustment and silent magnetic locks.

    Why

In traditional doors, the leaf overlaps the frame, creating a visible offset. In the non-rebated system, the door closes flush with the frame, creating a smooth, coherent surface. From the technical side, the use of hidden 3D hinges allows for precise adjustment of the door leaf in three directions, thanks to which the door does not fall over the years and does not scrape along the floor. The magnetic latch slides out silently from the cassette only when the leaf is closed, ensuring a quiet and soft closing of the door even without pressing the handle.

  245. 245

Surface aesthetics adapted to the intended use

    Standard

CLT panels are delivered with a factory-sanded surface, prepared to a visual or industrial standard (depending on the purpose of the wall).

    Why

Precise calibration sanding removes unevenness and closes the pores of the wood, creating a smooth, ready-to-use surface. Unlike raw sawn timber, a wall prepared in this way does not require additional layers (visually) such as plasterboards or plaster, constituting a ready-made, aesthetic interior finishing element with a warm, natural character.

  246. 246

    Transparency of energy strategy

    Standard

The graphs in the application not only present data, but also explain the logic of the system's operations.

    Why

Transparency of economic justifications builds confidence in the automation and the user knows that the system strives to maximize profits or savings, taking into account dynamic energy prices. Hombee informs why it is taking specific steps at a given moment (e.g. "Price stabilization - priority for auto consumption" or "High market price - planned sale of surpluses to the network"). All these activities are incorporated into the demand forecasting system to maximize user benefits.

  247. 247

    Blum Revego architectural pocket system*

    Standard

The use of a sliding door mechanism (the so-called pocket system), which hides large-format furniture fronts in the side niches of the building.

    Why

Modern homes are most often based on open living areas, in which the kitchen is an integral part of the living room. The pocket system allows you to hide the working space (countertops or small household appliances) behind the plane of high doors. When cooking, the fronts slide completely into dedicated, narrow side pockets, so they do not take up space and do not block circulation routes in the kitchen. After finishing the work, one move is enough to cover the zone and immediately restore the orderly character of the interior. This system is used in individual projects where we act as an industry contractor; it does not apply to houses from the Hombee Home collection.*

  248. 248

    Bi-metal screws

    Standard

Bi-metal screws are used where necessary (stainless shank, carbon drill, varnished head).

    Why

The combination of stainless steel (shaft) with hardened carbon steel (drill) ensures anti-corrosion durability while maintaining the ability to drill through. This eliminates the risk of the screw head breaking off due to corrosion and the formation of rust stains on the facade.

  249. 249

Hapax screw-in foundation screws (6 pcs)

    Standard

The facility is built on adjustable screw-in foundations made of reinforced polymers.

    Why

The use of reinforced composite ensures high point load capacity (up to 800 kg per screw), while maintaining complete resistance to moisture and corrosion. Raising the structure above the ground creates an air cushion that guarantees constant ventilation of the bottom of the sauna, protecting the floor against biological degradation and moisture from the ground.

  250. 250

Counter-flow exchanger with full separation of streams

    Standard

The unit uses a counter-current exchanger in which the exhaust and recirculated air streams are physically and permanently isolated from each other.

    Why

This design guarantees the tightness of the system - heat is transferred through the exchanger walls, but the air streams never mix. Thanks to this, 100% of the used air (including kitchen odors, moisture from bathrooms and viruses) is definitely removed outside the building. This is an advantage over rotary heat exchangers, where part of the dirty air returns to the rooms as a result of the drum rotation; our solution ensures that the supply air is always fresh and free from recirculated pollutants.

  251. 251

Floor repairs with structural resins and mechanical clamping

    Standard

Qualification and preparation of the surface for floor installation by selecting the repair method according to the width of the joints: for cracks up to 0.30 mm: mechanical cutting of the surface, thorough dust removal and filling of the joints with a two-component structural repair resin; for drawings above 0.30 mm: technical cutting of the crack, making transverse cuts at intervals of 200–300 mm, inserting steel connectors in them (clamping) and pouring the whole thing with epoxy resin.

    Why

Each crack in the substrate poses a risk that the natural movement of the material will transfer it to the finishing layer, which could damage the adhesive joint and detach the actual boards. The repair strategy depends directly on the scale of the problem. In the case of narrow micro-cracks (up to 0.30 mm), the key is to use a very liquid structural resin which, thanks to the cutting of the surface, deeply penetrates the crack and permanently glues its edges. In turn, merely filling wide cracks (above 0.30 mm) with resin would be insufficient, so the structure is mechanically strengthened. Transverse cuts every 20-30 cm allow for the installation of steel clamps that physically fasten the cracked fragments of the floor, and the epoxy resin permanently blocks the entire system.

  252. 252

    Construction of Glass-Glass modules

    Standard

The module is made of two sheets of tempered glass, each 3 mm thick (the total thickness of the laminate is approx. 7.1 mm).

    Why

The use of an armored laminate with a thickness of over 7 mm gives the module stiffness as a structural element. Thick glass physically prevents the module from bending under the influence of wind or snow, which protects fragile silicon cells from microcracks (the main cause of power degradation).

  253. 253

    Working in outdoor conditions

    Standard

ZYC Simpo 5000 energy storage units are certified to operate in a wide range of temperatures (discharging from -20°C to +60°C), and thanks to the appropriate insulation of the cabinets, they can be installed outdoors.

    Why

This allows for a flexible approach to the needs of a given investment (e.g. saving space in the building when needed). Even at negative temperatures, the system manages the charging process in a way that is safe for cell chemistry (charging support down to -10°C), which makes it a year-round solution in our climate.

  254. 254

    Intelligent system expansion advisor

    Standard

The application offers an optional system expansion recommendation module (PV/ME), which, based on historical data, simulates various variants of installation sizes (e.g. 10 kWh, 15 kWh, 25 kWh) and indicates the configuration with the shortest payback time (ROI).

    Why

We relieve the user of the burden of complicated calculations regarding the profitability of purchasing additional battery modules or panels. The system performs thousands of simulations, taking into account the real habits of household members and the energy production profile, suggesting the most optimal investment size. This feature is fully customizable and can be disabled according to user preferences.

  255. 255

    Distribution architecture of water installations

    Standard

Distribution of cold and hot water and circulation in the distributor system, where each draw-off point is connected to the distributor with a separate, continuous section of pipe.

    Why

This eliminates any connections (tees, connectors) inside walls and under floors. Each flush-mounted connection is a point of risk of failure. In the Hombee Pipes system, the pipe runs in one section from the distribution cabinet to the faucet, which maximizes the life of the installation. Additionally, this system guarantees hydraulic stability - simultaneous opening of water in the kitchen does not cause a sudden drop in pressure and temperature in the shower, because each point has a dedicated power cable.

  256. 256

40-year warranty on material and color

    Standard

The system is covered by a 40-year manufacturer's warranty on the material and a 40-year warranty on color durability (P.10 coating).

    Why

This confirms the resistance of the aluminum alloy to weather conditions and the stability of the pigments in the P.10 varnish. The warranty covers the absence of cracking, corrosion and peeling of the coating for 4 decades.

  257. 257

    Original energy trading algorithm

    Standard

The Hombee system manages energy trading (purchase/sale/storage) based on a proprietary predictive algorithm, which, according to our analyses, is 9.9% more effective than other known solutions.

    Why

While standard systems are based on simple rules, our algorithm analyzes hundreds of variables simultaneously. We use unique decision logic that better predicts price fluctuations and your future demand. It is an "intelligent broker" who works 24/7 to ensure that every kilowatt hour is used where it will bring the greatest profit or savings.

  258. 258

Knowledge transparency and the ability to edit it

    Standard

The user has full, transparent insight into what data the assistant has access to at a given moment and what he "knows" about the household members.

    Why

The database of facts collected by AI (e.g. "Room no. 2 belongs to Kasia") is fully visible, editable and can be deleted at any time. We do not create a "black box" that profiles the user without his knowledge. He decides what the assistant remembers, and if you think he knows too much or has misinterpreted a fact, he can correct his memory.

  259. 259

    Ergonomic location of “Favorites”

    Standard

Management of the most frequently controlled devices and scenes can be placed at the very top of the dashboard, in the most accessible zone of the screen.

    Why

The functions that are used most often (e.g. opening the front door or entrance gate) must be available immediately, "at your fingertips". This eliminates the need to scroll the screen and look for buttons in the maze of other options, shortening the time to perform the action.

  260. 260

    Sika roofing chemicals

    Standard

All seals are made with Sika roofing compounds with thermal resistance up to 140°C.

    Why

Specialized sealants remain flexible at the operating temperatures of the solar roof. This allows you to compensate for thermal movements of materials without breaking adhesion or leaking connections.

  261. 261

    Systemic consistency of processing

    Standard

All flashings, gutters and details are made of the same Prefa system material.

    Why

The use of one alloy and the same paint batch for the entire roof ensures an identical aging process of the material. This eliminates the risk of differences in the shades of individual elements after several years of exposure to the sun.

  262. 262

    Open circulation

    Standard

The sauna chamber is designed without airtight insulating barriers

    Why

Typical, tightly insulated saunas save electricity at the expense of a drastic drop in oxygen levels, which causes headaches and fatigue instead of regeneration. Conscious abandonment of thermal insulation of the chamber itself (in favor of intensive ventilation) provides users with fresh, oxygen-rich air throughout the session, which is the foundation of healthy sauna use.

  263. 263

The outer casing of the channels is made of reinforced aluminum

    Standard

The outer shell of the channels is made of an aluminum layer, reinforced with a dense fiberglass mesh.

    Why

Glass fiber reinforcement gives the channels high mechanical resistance to tearing and puncture, protecting the continuity of the installation much more effectively than standard foils. The aluminum layer creates an impenetrable diffusion barrier that physically cuts off the access of moisture from the environment to the interior of the wool, ensuring that the insulation remains dry and maintains its thermal parameters.

  264. 264

Alternative finishing with a three-layer SWP board

    Standard

Optional interior finishing with large-format three-layer boards (SWP), individually selected according to the type of wood and surface structure.

    Why

We introduce this solution in projects requiring specific aesthetics, different from the standard construction surface. SWP boards enable the selection of a specific species (e.g. Siberian larch, fir, Nordic spruce) and visual class - from selected, knot-free surfaces to rustic variants. The board also allows you to change the texture of the walls (e.g. by brushing). Thanks to this, we achieve the desired stylistic effect while maintaining the stability of the cross-glued board.

  265. 265

    Technical documentation

    Standard

A package of full design documentation and electrical installation diagrams provided with the facility.

    Why

These documents confirm the compliance of the facility with construction and electrical standards. They constitute a formal basis for the insurer when covering the sauna with policy protection and facilitate possible service work in the future.

  266. 266

Massive bed frames made of CLT wood with high stiffness

    Standard

The structure of the bedroom bed frames is entirely made of cross-laminated wood (CLT).

    Why

The use of CLT engineering material - in which the perpendicular arrangement of wood layers completely eliminates the natural stresses of the raw material - guarantees the dimensional stability of the frame for decades. This structure perfectly absorbs micro-vibrations and completely blocks lateral and longitudinal movements of the furniture. The high density of CLT boards ensures solid seating of the corner connectors, which prevents the structure from loosening under the influence of weight. A solid frame combined with the central beam creates a rigid matrix under the frame, which prevents the sides from sagging inward and guarantees proper support for heavy multi-zone mattresses, protecting them against deformation.

  267. 267

    2 mm aluminum connection strips

    Standard

To combine with other coverings, 2 mm thick, powder-coated aluminum strips are used.

    Why

Thicker aluminum (2 mm) ensures rigidity of the processing, preventing it from mechanical deformation. This allows for an aesthetic and durable transition between the glass pane and another covering material (e.g. sheet metal or roof tiles).

  268. 268

    Application load testing

    Standard

The application was verified in load tests, during which the system simultaneously supported hundreds of devices actively sending data packets.

    Why

In an extensive smart home, where dozens of devices report their status every fraction of a second, typical applications can "choke" or queue commands. Hombee App guarantees that even in very large installations, the status of each window, temperature or light is always up to date, and the system responds immediately, regardless of how much data it has to process at a given moment. The application processes this stream of information on an ongoing basis, in real time, without any performance drops.

Flashings and window sill made of Prefa aluminum sheet

    Standard

All flashings and the external window sill are made of flat aluminum sheet by Prefa. Window sills installed using bi-metal screws.

    Why

Prefa aluminum guarantees corrosion resistance and aesthetic consistency with the rest of the building. The use of bi-metal screws (stainless shank, hardened drill) ensures permanent mounting without the risk of breaking off the screw head and eliminates the formation of rust stains on the facade.
