Get started with the Hombee app

Install the app, sign in with the invited account and verify that the expected Hombee installation is available before changing devices.

Before you begin

Install the Hombee app from the official App Store or Google Play listing. Use the account that received access to the installation; creating another account does not automatically transfer access.

First session

  1. Sign in and complete the requested account verification.
  2. Select the expected installation if more than one is available.
  3. Let the first synchronization finish before deciding that a module is missing.
  4. Open the dashboard and confirm that the installation name and main areas are correct.

If no installation is listed, continue with the account and installation guide. If the installation appears but data does not update, use the connection and synchronization guide.
