Hombee allows you to build an advanced WiFi network with high bandwidth of up to 36 Gb/s, available anywhere in your home. This is possible thanks to a system of cooperating access points that form a single network.
Up to 300 devices can connect to a single access point operating in the WiFi 5 standard and higher. The PoE-powered access point provides a maximum wireless connection speed of 5400 Mb/s. Regardless of which access point the user is within range of, they can continuously use the best available connection.
In larger homes, the signal from a single router may be too weak to provide adequate performance in remote rooms. Strategically placed access points will ensure optimal signal strength, which will improve the speed and quality of the connection in every corner of the house.
In the event of failure of one of the access points, others can take over its role (the phenomenon of redundancy), ensuring the continuity of the network. This is especially important in homes where many devices operate based on Wi-Fi, e.g. smart home systems.
Access points allow you to spread the load across different devices, which means that each user has access to a stable and fast connection. With many devices on the network (smartphones, laptops, smart TVs, smart devices), the central router can be overloaded. Access points help distribute this traffic.
