The air ducts are made of high-density glass wool and aluminum reinforced with a dense fiberglass mesh. They ensure quiet and efficient air distribution, while providing thermal insulation at the highest level. The ducts are non-flammable and biologically safe.
Thanks to the use of copper ions, the ducts significantly improve air quality by reducing microorganisms in the air. Very good hygienic parameters contribute to the elimination of up to 99.99% of bacteria and viruses from the internal surfaces of the ducts. The panels from which the ducts are assembled provide excellent damping properties at the level of aw=0.80 and thermal properties, for which λd is 0.032 W/mK. The grilles ending the ducts are made of steel. Their surface is powder coated in the chosen color. The grilles have a multi-plane damper and their blow angle is 30°.
The inner surface of the air duct is smooth and durable. This prevents dirt from settling and allows mechanical cleaning of the ducts without damaging the surface, while the addition of copper ions affects the air quality, eliminating up to 99.99% of bacteria.
A high αw coefficient of 0.95 means that 95% of acoustic waves are absorbed by the walls of the air ducts. This level of acoustic absorption ensures noiseless air flow.
The λd coefficient of 0.032 W/mK provides excellent thermal insulation and eliminates heat loss, which translates into energy efficiency and solution efficiency.
