The motion sensor is an integral part of smart home management. It allows you to automate the operation of lighting, heating, audio systems or alarms.
High surface coverage will be provided by a detection angle of 120° and a range of 5 to 9 meters. When you are away from home and motion is detected, the sensor will inform the user about it. By adjusting the sensitivity, you can set them so that they do not pay attention to the movement of children or animals. Cooperation with other elements of the Hombee smart home system allows you to create various scenarios (e.g. lighting) depending on the presence or movement of the user.
Upon detecting motion, the sensor can automatically trigger programmed actions, such as activating cameras or turning lights on or off in the room. Automatically turning lights on and off allows for significant energy savings.
Configurable sensitivity allows it to be adapted to specific needs and conditions in the room. You can reduce the sensitivity in rooms with high traffic to avoid false alarms, or increase it where you want to precisely monitor movement.
Thanks to its minimalist form and small dimensions, the sensor is very discreet - it can be mounted so that it is not very visible, which is especially important in places where interior aesthetics are key.
