Forget the feeling of stuffiness.

Modern saunas are often sealed thermoses where it's hard to breathe freely. Hombee Saunas change this rule. Thanks to the construction of massive, solid walls and a constant supply of fresh air, you experience deep, enveloping warmth and can enjoy every breath. It's pure pleasure, not a struggle for survival.

FAQ

Philosophy and Quality of Workmanship

How do Hombee saunas made of solid CLT wood differ from popular frame saunas?

The difference is fundamental. A frame sauna acts like a sealed thermos - its construction is a frame filled with mineral wool and surrounded by foils. In contrast, a Hombee sauna wall is a breathable, massive panel made entirely of multiple layers of solid wood (CLT). For you, this means three things: 1. Better heat quality: Massive wood accumulates heat and radiates it as gentle warmth, not just hot air. 2. 100% natural: There are no foils or mineral wool inside - only pure, natural wood. 3. Durability: The monolithic construction is much more solid and durable than a light frame.

What does it mean in practice that you can breathe freely in a Hombee sauna, without feeling stuffy?

The feeling of "stuffiness" in many saunas is due to poor ventilation and the accumulation of carbon dioxide. Each of our saunas has a precisely designed ventilation system that ensures a constant, imperceptible air exchange. Thanks to this, fresh air constantly flows into the sauna, which allows for longer, more comfortable, and healthier sauna sessions.

What materials are the saunas made of and how does this affect the quality of the sauna experience?

We focus on premium materials that create an uncompromising whole: Construction and Facade: Massive CLT wood panels, impregnated with Koch & Schulte oils. Roof: Secured with the best on the market, German EPDM Resitrix® membrane, which guarantees absolute tightness for decades. Flashings: Made of durable, thick aluminum, not standard steel sheet. Interior: Benches and backrests made of high-quality spruce or optionally of thermally treated aspen. Glazing: Specialized, single-pane tempered glass dedicated to saunas, with an optional Venetian mirror effect. Fittings: All details, such as handles and hinges, are made with the highest precision and quality stainless steel, resistant to temperature and moisture.

Process for Individual Customers (B2C)

How does the process from ordering to having a ready sauna in my garden look in a nutshell?

The process is simplified as much as possible and comes down to a few steps: 1. Selection and Personalization - You choose the sauna model, its size, and equipment standard. 2. Technical Arrangements - We remotely or on-site verify access to your garden and the location of the foundation. 3. Factory Production - Your sauna is entirely built and finished in our factory. 4. 1-Day Installation - We deliver the finished sauna and place it with a crane on the prepared ground, then connect it.

How do I need to prepare the place in my garden before the sauna is installed?

1. Ground: The sauna does not require a full foundation slab. Stable support points (e.g., concrete blocks) are sufficient, the diagram of which you will receive from us. 2. Power supply: A power cable with the appropriate power (so-called "three-phase power") must be brought to the installation site, which any electrician can do. 3. Access: We need to have access for a truck with an HDS crane.

How long does the whole process take from signing the contract to starting the sauna?

From the moment the order is confirmed, the production of the sauna in our factory usually takes from 8 to 11 weeks. The installation in your garden is lightning fast - delivery, placing the sauna on site, and connecting it is usually completed within one business day.

Solutions for Business (B2B)

What are the benefits of investing in a Hombee sauna in a hotel or SPA facility?

Investing in a Hombee sauna is a way to distinguish your offer and attract new premium customers who expect more than just accommodation. A designer Wellness zone allows you to increase the rental rate (e.g., by 15%), which translates into a quick return on investment, in some cases even in 7 months.

I want to open a sauna business. Do you help with the project?

Yes, we will help you create a functional land development concept, optimally arranging our modules on your plot. In addition, our 'smart' solutions will allow you to manage the entire zone remotely, minimizing service costs.

Do you offer the construction of complete, commercial sauna zones?

Yes, definitely. Our modular technology is ideal for creating extensive, architecturally coherent wellness zones. We can design and implement comprehensive sauna facilities, combining different types of saunas, relaxation zones (rest rooms), experience showers, and outdoor terraces with cooling tubs.

Is the CLT construction suitable for intensive, commercial use?

Yes, it is one of the best choices for such facilities. Walls made of solid CLT wood are much more resistant to intensive use than frame saunas. Wood, as a natural material, of course requires protection - that's why we use multi-stage impregnation, which ensures many years of durability with minimal maintenance. In addition, our saunas integrate with hotel systems, which allows for remote management and is crucial in commercial service.

Personalization and Equipment

What is the scope of customization of a ready-made Hombee sauna?

Our saunas are refined products, so their architecture and dimensions are fixed to ensure the highest quality. Personalization covers key elements that affect your comfort and aesthetics: Exterior color: You can choose the color of the impregnation with water-based oils from the Tyyni manufacturer's palette. Stove type: You decide between a modern electric stove and a traditional wood-fired stove. Smart equipment: You choose the level of integration with smart home, audio, and lighting systems.

What stoves and control systems are available in the saunas?

We offer two types of stoves, tailored to your preferences: Electric stove: Estonian brand HUUM stoves, known for their minimalist design and exceptional steam quality. They are controlled by an elegant panel or a mobile application. Wood-fired stove: For sauna purists, we offer traditional wood-fired stoves that provide a unique atmosphere and the ritual of burning wood in the stove.

What additional elements, e.g., audio system or lighting, can I integrate with the sauna?

We can equip every sauna with elements that enhance relaxation: Audio System: Discreetly mounted, temperature and moisture resistant speakers with Bluetooth connectivity. LED Lighting: Atmospheric RGB LED lighting under the benches or a "starry sky" effect on the ceiling. Smart Integration: We offer full integration with our Hombee Smart system or the ability to connect the sauna to an external smart home system or hotel system.

Costs and Maintenance

What is the approximate cost of purchasing a ready-made sauna and what are the payment methods?

The prices of our saunas depend on the selected model. The basic model Tyyni 8 (for 3-4 people) costs PLN 73,500 net. The prices do not include transport costs, which are priced individually. We offer two forms of payment: payment in installments (10% down payment, 60% before production, 25% after assembly, 5% after acceptance) or an attractive leasing option.

Does the sauna require complicated or frequent maintenance?

Thanks to the use of premium materials, maintenance is kept to a minimum. The CLT construction impregnated with oils only requires refreshing the coating every few years. The roof is covered with an EPDM Resitrix membrane, and the flashings are made of Prefa aluminum, which guarantees years of maintenance-free durability. The interior requires standard hygiene care.

What is the warranty on the construction and equipment of the sauna?

Our saunas are covered by comprehensive protection. In accordance with Polish law, we provide a 2-year warranty for the entire sauna. In addition, all installed devices, such as the HUUM stove, have long-term warranties from their manufacturers, a package of which you receive upon acceptance.
